  2. The phone based app is very minimalistic - would be great to be able to click on the appointment and see the appointment details including client address and phone number. Added bonus if you can arrive appointments from the app.

Rather than using the messaging function, it would be more convenient to be able to drop a note into a clinician's appointment schedule at a specific time that that does not block the availability of the appointment. The idea would be to notify the clinician of an event happening at that specific time so it is easily seen when booking patients in at that time

  5. When a client submits their Smartform, they are unsure when they click 'Save' whether the form has gone anywhere - could you make it read 'Save and return' or "Save and submit'?

  7. easily send emails to patients/employers/GP etc with an email button that all you to select each person. This would be at the top tab so you don't have to go hunting for peoples emails or editing contracts

  8. Producing a PDF from a custom form in Gensolve would be a helpful addition.
    The client completes the custom form which then goes into the Letters & Uploads.
    The Gensolve user would then have the ability to create a pdf from the custom form.

  9. I've found myself trying to change the width of columns in the GPM app so I can read long names of things. It's a function you can perform in any file-explorer type application in many programs by clicking and dragging the header row of the table of data.

    This applies to almost any section of data you'd interact with in the 'Administration' or 'Front Office' areas - clinicians, referrers, templates, and lots more.

    You don't have to wrap the content if it's too long for the window, just truncate it like you already do to fields that are too long.

  10. More clinics are using VALD data collection equipment. Being able to upload results to Gensolve directly will streamline the recording process and save the clinician valuable time, giving them more time for data evaluation and treatment planning.

  12. Most of our clients hate SMS reminders earlier than 2 days ahead and will not reply to them. However, NDIS clients with extended/complex appointments and clients requiring our staff to travel need 3 or more days' notice (or we have trouble rescheduling their appointments). It would be useful to be able to change SMS auto scheduling for specific clients or client groups.

  13. It would be great to be able to assign a particular client group to bulk clients that meet a set of user defined criteria. This would be extremely helpful with marketing to the client base as new ways of classifying and describing clients are created.

  14. Please can you add the facility to do eprescribing the fulfills the NZ ministry of health requirements. https://www.health.govt.nz/our-work/digital-health/other-digital-health-initiatives/emedicines/new-zealand-eprescription-service

    Around 90% of prescriptions in NZ are now through eprescribing. And it creates a lot of extra work by not having this facility on gensolve because we are not allowed to use fax anymore. So we have to print the prescription, sign it, scan it, then email it and post it to the pharmacy. The whole system has changed in NZ with the expectation that eprescribing is the norm. So Gensolve is behind here by not having it. Thank you!

    Allow quick selection of Number of weeks from 1-12 weeks

    Rather than going through the extra steps of the custom option.
    This would be a simple time saving and excellent UI upgrade experience.

  16. USER EXPERIENCE UPGRADE SUGGESTION BELOW. Please don't mark this as "Closed - Existing alternatives"

    When clicking BOOK AGAIN - PLEASE make it so there are more than the current options of "This week" "Next week" "Two weeks" "Custom"

    As podiatrists we want to see at least 6 weeks, 8 weeks, 10 weeks, 11 weeks.
    And would like to just select the chosen number of weeks (AND THATS IT!)

    Please upgrade to this simple UI experience as attached in the image.

    Just a simple one click solution for all the weeks up to 12 weeks would work perfectly and would save…

  17. We use custom fields to force consistent data collection about patients.
    It would be so helpful to be able to audit that data, by searching that information as an SQL query. This would allow monitoring of performance and improvements, as is required for continuous professional development reporting.

  18. Diary settings: Today is Friday 4th February. When you click on the diary to return to today the month displays January, despite there being only one day of January in the week (MOnday 31st). This is a nuisance when trying to view the next weeks appointments which requires clicking on the arrow button to move forward to the next month and then click on the day.

    Even better would be arrows at the top of the main diary to scroll forward and back a week.

  19. To have a new email template for emailing letters. Currently there is no template option for the letters and uploads section. I asked support and was told it didn't exist but to request it as a new feature.

  20. Currently when you create a laboratory or investigation form (Referrals / Investigations / Discharges), the form that it creates doesn't list your EDI. NOT the lab/radiology EDI but YOUR EDI, i.e the gensolve user creating the form.

    This is a problem as follows:

    1. Patient goes to the laboratory to get the blood test or goes to the radiology centre to get the scan
    2. Laboratory and radiology do not know what your EDI is because it isn't on the form
    3. The result therefore is at risk of being lost in the ether

    I asked support and was told this option didn't…
