  1. When scheduling an appointment it would be useful to have a prompt that appears when a condition is not attached to the appointment. This would alleviate the additional task of having to the use the 'Appointments without Conditions' report and needing to go back and update all of these appointments at a later time.

  2. Problem: ACC Case Manager sends provider an email that needs to be recorded against the client record. At the moment, providers cut and paste the email into an event. Solution. Have an email address for system users (like Evernote) so that they can forward emails from their main address into the Gensolve inbox for attaching to the client record. (Ie like the Healthlink inbox). Add a tick box to indicate if this email needs to be included in the medical notes report.

  7. When an appointment is changed from confirmed to Arrived, the colour changes but a notification sound/chime should be sent to the active physio so they are aware when they arrive if they are writing notes.

  8. When sending out a text reminder, have a link in it they can click which will auto update it to their calendar with for e.g. a 4 hr calendar reminder which goes off, which will further improve attendance

  10. It would be great to have a streamlined report that calculates Patient Visit Averages for each clinician for a selected period of time. This KPI is vital to know as a business owner to measure clinician performance. The ideal report would calculate total number of consults divided by total number of individual clients, and should allow date range selection as well as filtering by clinician and site.

    The current method for extracting this data is time consuming and extremely inefficient.

  11. At present you can set an ACC Initial as "completed even if the claim has not been sent to the outbox. There should be a warning or a step to not allow this like how it does if you haven't completed the mandatory fields in the ACC45 application.

  13. the update on 16.11.17 made the vertical Name Bar for "Other Sites" in the diary very large, changed the colour and made the font bigger. We have a very large range of practitioners, so this change has made it very difficult for us to see appointments. If this cannot be changed, please include the ability to edit this locally - this has made dealing with the diary on a daily basis very frustrating

    I have spoken to Rachael at Gensolve regarding this and she advised this feature suggestion is the only way to get this considered

  14. A report that generates outcome measures and numerical scores of outcome measures per patient, per clinician, per site, etc. so average outcome measures over time period can be tracked if desired.

  18. Similar to the "Update Available Email Tags" we would like to be able to add TAGS to our email templates.
    Really need <Appointment Date> and <Providers Name> tags added to all types of email templates.
    And if people could add their own tags - or could copy from other templates (like SMS template) would be helpful.

  19. Insurers are now preferring email invoices and require the patient's claim number in the subject line. There is not an option to have the claim number in the Email templates, we are manually putting it in.
