Automatically creating events when there is a cancellation
It would be really great and efficient if Gensolve could automatically create events for cancellations. So when a client cancels and we put in the reason and whether they are/are not charged w/ cancellation fee, an event is automatically created with the following info:
- date and time of cancellation
- date and time of appt
- reason
- cancellation fee charged yes/no3 votes -
Make notes visible as a column in bank transfers screen
Make 'notes' visible as a column in bank transfers screen, so that the purpose of the funds transfer can be seen at a glance without having to 'edit' each one by one to view the reason for the transfer.

Custom Background in Custom Forms
I would like to propose the ability to add custom background to Custom Forms instead of just different colour options. Maybe a JPG, or PNG files that can be stretched/shrunk to fit the Main form as well as be able to make the JPG/PNG into a watermark intensity, which would make it fit as a background image.

Company Logo into Custom Forms
I would like to add the ability to add company logo onto Custom Forms so that Patients have a visual cue that they are filling forms for the relevant clinic.

Providing reporting criteria to report on patient visit average
Provide reporting fields to report on patient visit average, i.e. how many times has a patient returned after their initial appointment in a given period of time - a month, 3 months, 6 months, etc. This will require reporting on historical patient visit data. Currently only ten future appointments are available in the Template Merge.

Client phone numbers - enable 'click to call'
It would be really helpful if clients' phone numbers were enabled as 'click to call' links so that our phone system recognises these as phone numbers.

Show only completed appointments - invoice client
Can we have a check box option when invoicing clients to only display 'completed' appointments in the outstanding items shown, instead of all future appointments on display and having to click the red X on every future appointment.

Direct attachment of Healthlink xray/ultrasound
Currently, if you are writing a referral letter and want to add a healthlink xray or ultrasound it has to be copied, made into a word document and then added to a letter.
I would like to be able to attach the body of the Healthlink message into Uploads so that it can be easily attached to a letter.1 vote -

Remove all ideas and suggestions from the forum that do not meet a criteria. The criteria should be passed on;
1 - time on site. I suggest 5-years is too long to be here.
2 - is GPM going to follow through on the suggestion or not.This site should be for information and support of new ideas that support the development of our businesses and this software.
Currently there are posts on this forum that are over 5-years old. If these are not going to be actioned by GPM they should be moved to a folder that clearly states…

We do not have a criteria bench mark for Suggestions as they can be subjective.
Some Suggestions will be actioned or not actioned for numerous reasons, including how many users want the feature, along with whether the suggestion fits with the development teams roadmap.
We believe it is valuable to keep all Suggestions available to be viewed and commented on no matter how long ago they were posted. Suggestions can be filtered by most recent etc.

The addition of User Logout times to the System User log.
The User Access Log only shows login times for users. Adding the logout times would be very effective in tracking hours worked and useful for payroll administrators.

Suggested emails - Client Relationship
At the moment the Suggested Emails shows Recipient Type as "Client" or "Client Relationship". I would like to see the actual Relationship, as shown in the Contact Details tab.

I understand that we can now add calendar events as attachments to Email Templates for type 'Client Appointment'.
I would like to request to add a calendar event to Custom Form templates so that new patients are able to add their appointment as a calendar event.

Smart Form populate an Exam
Create a way to directly populate information into an Exam. ACC doesn't want us to do it as customers could input information in a smart form which could be incorrect or unsuitable for the situation.
To overcome this and still provide the great productivity gains to physios, have a Review and Approve step where the inputed information could be screened/adjusted.
Steps would thus be:- Smart Form Completed
- Review and Edit and Approve
- Populate an Exam
