When you create a new insurer schedule, have All sites selected under Site by default.

Age of babies in weeks and months
Have new born patients age showing in weeks and months. Currently only showing 0 years until 12 months old. After that year and months ie 1 year 7 months, 2 years 3 months etc.

Create a group of specific provider to run reports
Being able to choose/create a 'group' (create) of Providers to run Reports. So that the resulting Report is grouped per Provider you have chosen to include in the Report and not all of them. Instead of having to select 1 by 1 for each report (time consuming)
/OR/AND
Having the ability to choose a group of Reports to run for a given Provider and these are run/created in one hit.

It would be great to run a report which shows the average turn around time from initial assessment to second review. Ie a report that shows the mean average in time between apt 1 and apt 2.

Add print date to appointment slips.
Appointments are often changed. Clients can get confused with which slip is current. If the slips were dated at the time of printing, it would be easy to identify the current one.

currently I understand pts not yet seen are still recorded in the new patients method of referral. this means they go into the referral source unknown or Other sections

I would like to suggest a feature that allows emailing notes to other providers on the team easily; not just the GP

Bold or italicise in Appt Notes in Appointment
The ability to bold or italicise in Appt Notes in Appointment would allow us to highlight the most important notes for other users.

Send Letter via EDI from Letters & Uploads
When the letter has been created we then need to send it. Currently there is an email button but we use EDI. It would be good to have a send via EDI button alongside or instead of the email button.

Widen the appointment type bar on website bookings and make the selection mandatory rather than defaulting to the first one in the list.
Some of our appointment type names are longer than the slot will allow and without a mandatory selection in place, many clients default to the top appointment type. This can mean that they arrive for their session which is booked as an initial but should be a subsequent and we loose 30 mins of clinical time.

Dietetic initial appointments to default to 40mins so it does not have to be changed manually each time
At present out initial Dietetic service code is set to 40mins but does not default to that when making appointment. It has to be changed manually every time which can lead to errors

Alert if event to user has had no action
As there is no way to establish an "out of office" when a user goes on leave, it would be great if there wa a notification system to let the sender of an event know if it hasn't been attended by the recipient (within 1-2 days or something). An out of office option would also be amazing!

Full body image diagram should have an erase all button
Under the Notes and Subjective tab the main diagram of the full body should have an erase all button. I spend a long time deleting the necessary parts of the last diagram before adding new detail. It would be a lot quicker to have a clear all or erase all button and be able to start a fresh sometimes.
