Be able to see Week view in Mobile bookings page
In the GPM mobile web page, the options to view appointments are only a day view, monthly calendar, or a list. It would save time when trying to book patients remotely (e.g. at sports coverage, or when in alternative location) to be able to view the week view rather than having to click through each day to find a suitable time.

I am trying to run a report against an insurer that shows up all the appointments for that specific insurer only
Currently can only do it under appointment service charge detail report and then weed through all the different insurers

GPM Practitioner Online Bookings - Email Notifications (to relevant practitioner booked)
Could we please request the need for an email to be sent to the applicable practitioner that has had a booking made using the GPM Online Booking Portal.

- Improving usability and reducing clicks
- Simplifying the pathway needed for a booking, including mandatory selection of modality (physio, chiro, exercise physio etc), location and type of appointment (new or follow up etc). If you don’t have more than one modality or location your clients are not presented with these choices.
- Adding custom filters for your clinical staff, e.g. shoulder specialist, senior clinician, pilates instructor. These are custom filters input by you.
- Client back end for managing appointments, payments and client details.

Can you make it so we can select eg "HBF orthotics" - and it selects the 5 service item numbers associated with that "pack"

Reward system for Practitioners .
When Practitioners or hotels or B&B's refer clients to you it gets calculated and rewards can be sent out to them. An additional feature to reward them for using you.

make Gensolve compatible with Chrome books
I would like to explore the use of chrome books for our staff. We have 20 laptops in use each with Gensolve. Chrome books are faster, cheaper and reliable and would save our business money and time. At present Gensolve uses word and the office suite. Is there a way currently to use Google docs rather than word? If not is there any plan to have this functionality. We use Google docs and Drive for our management and intranet and I think our business would operate better again if we were able to use the chrome book.

To update information since this suggestion was created, the reason the main desktop version of Gensolve cannot run on Chromebooks is because they do not have a Windows operating system.
We are however in the final stages of development and testing for a brand new Web version of Gensolve which will be rolled out in the near future. This version will include the ability to create medical notes for example and is aimed at full Clinician use. It will be able to be accessed via any browser on any device so look out for communication on that in the coming months.

Accounting feature for profit and loss- 'Month to date' figure
For businesses wanting a 'month to date' analysis of their business performance, it would be good to be able to select this in 'Set Period to'.
Month to date can currently be selected manually, but a quick 1 step process would offer better functionality for what can be a daily task.

Add custom Provider Type for Referrer Details
Hi,
We would like to request to be able to customise some of the fields on the 'Referrer Details' screen.
For example it would be useful to be able to add/modify the 'Title' drop down list.

Cancellations
When a client cancels their appointment, can we see the cancellations in the same place as you see the No Shows (exclamation mark). I know that there is a report that you can run and you can get to see the cancellations, but would be much easier to see and access that information quicker

In the online booking webpage be able to add individualised information/text under the name of the clinic.
On the online booking page it would be useful to be able to add more information (a small blurb), that is individualised to your clinic. For example information about the days, hours available or about practitioners who may not be available to make appointments with online. Thanks
