Change the Gensolve update day to mid week.
Having updates kick in on busy Monday mornings is not appealing

Extra tab after "Full HIstory" tab, for "Current Medications" and change of colour once medication is listed.
There is no place in the package for clinicians to list the patient's current medications, particularly with those patients who are on a lot of medications that have been prescribed by other practitioners.

Move "cancelled" away from "confirmed" when right clicking on classes
Please could we move the "Cancelled" away from "Confirmed" when right clicking on classes. I have inadvertently lost payments and notes by accidentally clicking cancelled.

Insured by ACC
When the surcharges are covered by ACC, it would be good to choose ACC as the insurer and this to be added automatically to the total amount to be billed to ACC

manual input of allowed appoinments for insured clients
It would be helpful if we could manually input the amount of insured treatments allowed so that we can be prompted when the treatments are running out or when the treatments have finished and the invoice is ready to be sent. This would help keep track of how many appointments have been used under the insurance.

New blank box to appear under "reffered by" for specific details
Where it has the "referred by" box, under the ACC 45 section, add a blank box underneath to specify details. This would mean we could condense the drop down box to only list general referrers such as friend, doctor, etc and then we can write a specific person in the optional blank box underneath. i.e Referred by "GP" blank box underneath "Dr. Turner".

Appointment pricing showing on web booking - include clinic hours and note from client
Able to show the fee or copayment for the appointment being booked. This could be as the initial or follow up filter is chosen or as additional text about the clinic somewhere on the page? An additional text area will also allow us to include opening hours, parking etc. Also allow client to write in a note when booking which might be injury type or something similar?

have all physio's from one location on the same page for online bookings
All physio's should be on one page as potential new patients are less likely to select to go to the next page to see who else is available.
