AHRR
When a patient is being seen under a WC plan, we should be able to easily see and work out what AHHR it is.eg . if we are up to appointment 264 (as an example) how do I know what plan that is without having to calculate it manually?

Linking service charges to the payment type so there is not a large group of services to go through.
EG:

Health Engine - Integration
Integration with online directory. Currently manually entering the appointments onto health engine. De energising process for admin staff members, and costs us ~ 2 hours per week in admin time.

Send SMS with multiple future appointments so patient can simply add to their calendar
Sending an SMS with all future appointments so the patient can then quickly & simply covert them to events in their phone calendars would save valuable time. We're finding patients are taking a lot of time standing at the counter adding in all their appointments to their phone calendar - opting not to take a card or receive email appointment slip. They simply want them in their phones then & there. When I personally receive SMS appointment reminders, I simply click on the date and add event to my calendar. Batch edit for classes
Able to batch edit classes such as adding or altering charges.

Sort by "most recent appointment" in client search window
When searching for a patient in the "client search window", please add a column to sort by "most recent appointment" or something similar. This would allow easier finding of a recent patient should only a first or last name be known.

Make the header area larger
The header bar where all the details of patients phone numbers etc is very small and seeing the phone number without actually opening the clients file is hard to see.

Ability when setting up appointment schedule, to choose to apply each year
Provide a check box or similar to allow applying of schedule to same date in the future i.e. Australian public holidays that are on the same date each year

Ability to select multiple but not all clinicians when setting up an appointment schedule
Currently if setting up things like public holidays where it applies to most clinicians, we are forced to setup by each person, as system only allows to apply to all or by individual, which is extremely time consuming and repetitious.

Function to "Complete All Appointments"
Have a function to "Complete All Appointments", either by site/clinician/date range
We use recurring appointments for billing purposes, and we often have to "complete" hundreds of appointments every month to print invoices.
The ability to "Complete all Appointments" would greatly reduce the hours of administrative overhead required for this

Placing a lock on Clinical Notes
To comply with the Australian Government's Information Privacy Principles (see Principle 4 of attached file- Storage and Security of Personal Information), the standards of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) and the Australian Psychological Society's (APS) policies and procedures for confidential record keeping, a request is being made for a lock feature to be placed on any Clinical Note made in Gensolve.
As the Clinical Notes often contain quite sensitive and confidential information, placing a lock feature on these notes would offer security that greater measures are being taken to safeguard this information. Our company would greatly appreciate if this feature…9 votes -

Text boxes that expand/open whilst entering data.
When entering text in some notes fields (eg Subjective, objective) it is only possible to view 4 lines of text without having to scroll down. This occurs is almost all kinds of assessment types (Standard, SOAPER, SOTAP).
When writing a detailed history, or writing multiple objective measures in teh test box, it means text has to dissappear off the screen.
Can the text box explode out when data is being entered.
Alternatively when we switch to full screen view can all the fields expand rather than staying the same size .3 votes -
Have the ability to create folders within the "To Do List"
To be able to drag and drop items within the To Do list to different folders eg: Referrals, Letters, Follow ups, priority, non urgent etc..
