  3. Name field 'Maiden Name' is currently not searchable.
    As we are a practice which deal in Family Court matters, our clients can be known initially by their married name and change to their maiden name during their time with us. We need to be able to search on both 'Last Name' and 'Maiden Name' fields as in court documents they will continue to be known by their 'Last Name' but emails might later come through with their 'Maiden Name' and we need to be able to find them in Gensolve under either.

  5. Automatic messages to be able to be sent out on Fridays (whilst being able to keep the daily reminder at the day before) to remind patients of their Monday appointment, so we dont have to deal with all the cancellations Monday morning.
    OR
    Being able to have 2 automatic reminders go out for the one patient, eg. 72 hours before hand and 24 hours before hand.

  7. It would be a much more slimline process if we could print out a report for all DVA payments that have been paid and deposited into our bank, on the report it should have the following,
    Run #, Provider # and claim # Amount deposited
    When claiming through the portal Proda, the process is so easy to find payments and who to allocated them to, I am finding the process through Gensolve is hard.

  8. With pension cards also being for health care cards it would be really help full to have an expiry date. With Covid clients were given a pension card that will expire and not be renewed.

  10. Gensolve really need to add a family group feature. eg. when 2 or more members of a family come in for treatment, we should be able to select the members and do a group payment for hicaps and EFT. I have worked with many electronic software systems and this has always been a feature.

In Clinician provider details it would be great to have a box for Professional Registration in Australia that is AHPRA and NDIS Worker Screen and when they expires, so the system will send an alert to the clinician and designated system user when it is due. If a new date is not inserted once the registration date expires, appointments will not be able to be booked in the system.

  14. In the Condition screen when entering in an injury you have the option to put in left, right or N/A, Recently we have started doing DVA Online payments and they are very picky with what they take and have noticed you have to be very careful if you don't state what side the injury is, so I feel it would be very beneficial to have the option to put down "Both" as an option.
    Example: Both Knees or Both Ankles instead of just Knee N/A

  17. When patients complete the custom personal details form the entitlement (concession) number doesn't transfer across to the patient record as there is no code for this. Can a code be done to allow this to happen automatically like the Medicare number does?

  19. Hi, we have recently started sending custom forms to new patients to complete. We would like a way (besides writing in the appointment note area) to see that a form has been already sent to a client?
    I understand that the completed form is uploaded in the Letters area (and there have been numerous requests to receive notification that the form has been completed) but it would be very helpful to be able to identify whether a form has been sent, we don't want to be bombarding people with numerous requests to complete a form.

  20. Clients often want one receipt for all treatment received and not individual receipts. Some health funds or NDIS require the receipt number for claiming.

    Client multiple payment receipts from Gensolve to not show the receipt number so they cannot be used for claiming and thus we need to send individual receipts.
