  4. It would be great to be able to archive or hide client names no longer required- the list would be shorter, more easily searched which would save time.
    To follow on with an archive list- create an archive report for auditing purposes.

    Work around is to add zz to the surname which pushes the client name to the bottom of the list.

  6. Our 3rd party payees are confused with the banking details on the invoice.
    Can you delete the number 131012 from the invoice.
    Can you enter BSB followed with our BSB number and Account number followed by the account number.

  9. Ability to flag an appointment as a Home Visit. This enables the SMS autoschedule to use a Home Visit SMS template. This avoids confusion so they don't get an SMS saying their appointment is at the site location.

  10. Patients can sign up to be a loyalty member. This will give them special deals such as birthday specials, xmas specials, easter specials and so on. They will get X amount of points for every $X (you can adjust or change this) they spend. Once they reach XX points they either get a gift voucher to spend on whatever they want in the clinic or they get a free treatment.

  11. Hi there-
    I spoke to Rachael today about having Gensolve automatically generate letters upon booking/confirming an appointment. My colleague and I discovered that the letter must be put under 'client' in order for it to do so, however we previously had it under condition. Having it under 'condition' allowed for the letter to autofill fields that related to the client's condition i.e. insurance company, claim number etc.
    Unfortunately, changing it over to client does automatically generate the letter however now the fields do not autofill which is a bit of an inconvenience.

  12. Our company charges for reporting/admin time for certain clients. We have these specific charges entered into Gensovle. However clients are getting reminded of these bookings even though it isn't an actual appointment but a paid reporting time. It would be nice if we could opt out of reminders for these specific charges?

  20. Often after the Bank Rec is completed we discover that a miscellaneous item was allocated to the incorrect account. Currently once the item has been reconciled nothing can be changed. It would be helpful if the account could be changed.
