Placing a lock on Clinical Notes
To comply with the Australian Government's Information Privacy Principles (see Principle 4 of attached file- Storage and Security of Personal Information), the standards of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) and the Australian Psychological Society's (APS) policies and procedures for confidential record keeping, a request is being made for a lock feature to be placed on any Clinical Note made in Gensolve.
As the Clinical Notes often contain quite sensitive and confidential information, placing a lock feature on these notes would offer security that greater measures are being taken to safeguard this information. Our company would greatly appreciate if this feature could be considered promptly. Many thanks!
