It would be great to run a report which shows the average turn around time from initial assessment to second review. Ie a report that shows the mean average in time between apt 1 and apt 2.

currently I understand pts not yet seen are still recorded in the new patients method of referral. this means they go into the referral source unknown or Other sections

I would like to suggest a feature that allows emailing notes to other providers on the team easily; not just the GP
I would like to easily email the notes to other care providers on the team in addition to the GP.

Widen the appointment type bar on website bookings and make the selection mandatory rather than defaulting to the first one in the list.
Widen the appointment type bar on website bookings and make the selection mandatory rather than defaulting to the first one in the list.
Some of our appointment type names are longer than the slot will allow and without a mandatory selection in place, many clients default to the top appointment type. This can mean that they arrive for their session which is booked as an initial but should be a subsequent and we loose 30 mins of clinical time.

Alert if event to user has had no action
As there is no way to establish an "out of office" when a user goes on leave, it would be great if there wa a notification system to let the sender of an event know if it hasn't been attended by the recipient (within 1-2 days or something). An out of office option would also be amazing!

Full body image diagram should have an erase all button
Under the Notes and Subjective tab the main diagram of the full body should have an erase all button. I spend a long time deleting the necessary parts of the last diagram before adding new detail. It would be a lot quicker to have a clear all or erase all button and be able to start a fresh sometimes.

The actual referrer should populate correctly into condition rather than the default referrer being GP
Presently the referrer field in client details screen does not populate as such in the condition, the GP does.
In reality a person has a GP but the GP isn't necessarily the one referring so shouldn't be carried through to the condition as the referrer.
We deal with a lot of specialist referrals and it is very annoying and time consuming to have to overwrite the GP's details in the referrer field when they have already been entered as the referrer in the details screen.
If the GP is referring then they should be entered in both fields.

An alert similar to the 6th appointment so we can book a re-assessment with clients before they drop off

When creating email templates could we please have the "clients first name" as a standard tag.
You can only use the above mentioned tag for appointments and NOT invoices and receipts

Colour coding conditions so physio knows at a glance which condition to treat. Save confusion with notes.

Ability to use a tag for Provider Mobile number in text messages
Currently we are only able to insert a site phone number, or reply email in the SMS. Would like to be able to tag a clinician mobile number in the message as many don't work out of a site, or would want the reply directly. It's painful to do this maually.

show "booked out" details on the online booking system. So patients see that we are booked out
Patients can see that we are booked out rather than having blank days because they are booked. I know there are many reasons for not having appointments available, but it could look like we are not busy, so aren't available. To have a booked our sign over the day would show the short demand and potentially increase bookings due to limited availability.

To be able to add stock onto Products tab.
The excel export/inport systen doesn't allow for product numbers to be added when one re-orders.
If one could add numbers as products are replenished. That would be helpful and easier to do a stock take.1 vote
