  1. our business has multiple sites but 2 business owners. I often need to include 2 sites on a statement and not the third. but only option for statements are 1 site or all sites, Can you develop in accounting the option to tick which sites to include in running invoices and statements

  2. Currently cancelled or no-show appointment charges have to be manually added as a charge to the contract and not linked to an appointment in order for them to show up in Accounting to be included on an invoice. Instead of being automatically generated when you select cancel - full charge.

  3. Is it possible to get average scores for PSFS Goals and NPRS scores - a start average and finish average. We have to report on these for Certification and currently are having to manually go into each discharge summary to obtain this information.

  5. Not seen discharge & Last seen reports- current options are (last seen on or after )
    Need to add a (before) option this way it will not exclude current patients attending that in that month period.

  6. It would be great to be able to run a report to show the different files types upload to each contract/client. This way we could e.g. find clients where the consent form is not uploaded easily - at the moment we have to check each client individually for this.

  10. "Would like to just report on Product Use. To do that, the Report would need to be changed, have another drop down added, to give the ability to 'Group By' 'Item Type' (much the same as the Service Charge report can 'Group By' 'Service Charge', so that all types are shown together).   12. If a patient only wants to see a certain therapist and no one else we could have a request button/box that can be ticked by the therapists name in the condition when booking the appointment. Then shows up as a R icon on the appointment booking screen, which can be easily seen. This way everyone would be aware that certain patients only wants to be booked in with X therapist.

  13. We have situations where multiple people want to open a uploaded document or new letter at the same time to read it. This can be when someone else is editing and the other wanting to just read it or when both just want to read it.

    Currently, it shows as a locked when one user has it open and then nonone else can view it at all.

    This is difficult in a IDT envionment with multiple people sometimes wanting to view it in a meeting to read it etc or just in general.

    Need ability to open these documents as…

  14. We had an egagement performance manager from ACC come into our clinic who told us to clearly state injury prevention advice has been provided in our clinical notes. Is it possible to have a drop down and description area in notes like searching for clients employment details you can create the typical advice you usually give and quickly select which type of advice you have given and then perhaps a window for further detail below that when necessary?

  17. We deal with a lot of elderly people so to put their DOB in is not a smooth operation e.g. highlight 'day' type in; R arrow to 'month' type in, R arrow to highlight year. It would easier to be able to use the TAB key and be able to keep your fingers on the home guide keys.
