  1. Add a new icon for when the client does make a payment on the day but it doesn't cover the full amount owing. And also one for an invoice being generated.
    We have admin staff that swap in and out of the front desk throughout the day.

    Having icons for these actions will allow us to scan the appointment screen and know what's going on. So if a patient made a part payment before going into their appointment we will know there is no need to ask them for a payment when they come out of their consult.

  2. When a client books an appointment online, it would be great if we could:

    • fire a conversion event in google analytics that they turned into a customer
    • have a $ value for that event, so we know how much that type of appointment costs. Then we could pull it in as an event-based goal with a $ value and read the information back to our digital marketing, so we know what type of return on ad spend we are getting from advertising and how to buy more customers.

    This information could be passed back to Google ads, for example.

  4. Currently when billing ACC for orthotics under Misc Billing tab, there is no way to tie this back to the product, therefore resulting in a stock discrepancy. Need the ability to select the product you are billing for in order to reconcile the transaction.

  5. Would it be possible for us to change how the searching within the Occupation list works. So that if you type Teacher, all Occupations with the word Teacher within come up as an option.

    Currently if you type Teacher, only those with Teacher at the beginning come up. You have to know what you are searching. For a Secondary Teacher, you have to search using the word Secondary first.

  6. The issue being if a client mistakenly gets booked for a Physiotherapy appointment, but is later corrected to Hand Therapy or vice versa. Gensolve remembers this, and when we run clients not discharged report, the condition still shows as undischarged even if a person has never been seen for this incorrect condition or if it has been discharged correctly as a hand therapy appt.

    To have to go through and “quick discharge”, is A) time not available really and B) it records false information of “other" on discharge with inaccurate data with acc requiring 2 boxes completed before we can…

  7. In the Clinician Capacity report - one more Item (not client appointment or Clinician appt / Inservice) would allow us to enter billable work that exists in other Provider's Gensolve.

    This would calculate entries under that item to give an accurate report of Clinician Capacity. Currently it only calculates client bookings in our own Gensolve.
    Adding the billable work that exists in other Provider's Gensolve is a manual task.

  8. Would be great if within the 'Client Waiting list' we could have provider type lists (aswell as the current individual practitioner lists). E.g a Provider list tab for new 'Hand Therapy' patients wanting to get in, or patients that'd like to be on the list for all physiotherapists. This would make it easier to see which patients are waiting for that type of treatment rather than going back and forward between multiple practitioners

  9. I have created an online form to send to ACC to gather ACC45 and Read Code information for patients who are already registered but don't have that information on them. Currently the Read Code field is unable to be connected to any Form Fields in the Forms templates so if when ACC fills in my Read Code Field in the Form, we still have to manually enter the information back into the system. Is there any way the Read Code Form entry can to populate into the Gensolve Condition information?

For privacy reasons to only have the first name showing up the top of the telehealth appointment - this will then lesson the chance of a full privacy breach if the link is sent to the incorrect client - they will only see the first name not the full name. Requested by our Quality/Privacy Team.

  11. Have a quick key for the date that applies to boxes - current history, analysis, exercise details, plan/review. Often we do not delete the previous records and like to see several comments without having to F4. Im concerned I might get RSI typing it so many times!!!

  12. Quick key for "date" that applies to all boxes in clinical notes. Why - because in reality physios tend to not delete each time they open the clinical records. This will stop the need to type the date multiple times in each session eg applies primarily to sections - current history, analysis, exercise details, plan/review
    eg 01/05/22 or whatever format we prefer

  13. Posting this again as had an error when I posted the idea a few minutes ago.
    The colour of the font for consents custom forms is too pale. A darker blue will be great. Also the automated message when form submitted. could it please say something like thanks for your time, your completed form has been submitted instead. we have lots of elderly folks and they called to check that we have got their forms Thank you

It would be great if the red flags were able to be entered into the main patient screen so that admin can do it along with the rest of the data entry without having to go into the clinical notes. Also if we could add to the red flags to tailor them to the ones we have on our patient form that would be great.

  15. Commission reports, have option of sorting via client or appointment date, this would really help our contractors as they receive the reports however the item date of when it was charged is irrelevant for them and confusing. They work via client or appointment date.

  18. There is a need to have a “Known name” tag available for SMS templates that are sent to clients. It doesn’t make sense that clients have the option to be called one thing for the majority of Gensolve but not when communicating via SMS.

  19. It would be useful to have any replied events have the date and time updated to the time of the reply. This would bring the event to the bottom to the list for the person receiving the event and therefore make it easier to see, especially for those with large to do lists.

  20. We would like to be able to select one contact type as the patients Preferred Contact Method. A lot of businesses already use this, and would be great to have this as an option on our paper and smart consent forms and a tick box in the Home Contact Details area beside the contact type for 'Preferred method' or a drop-down list within the group of Remind Client of Appointments, Exclude from batches, Include in Mailouts.
