Have the ability to not include any discharged clients on Gensolve from the Clinician Unique Cients Report
When running these reports it includes all clients including discharged clients; we would like the option to NOT include discharged clients if possible?

New Report
New Report- to have a report that will provide a breakdown of not just the clinic sites but the clinicians daily totals in cash, EFTPOS, etc. So we can see who is making what, were and when.

Automatically send clinicians a text when someone books in/cancels their appointment with them
Being able to select certain clinicians that would like automatic texts when a client either books in with them or cancels their appointment.

Compatibility with google docs
Microsoft word costs too much when you have to buy 4+ copies of it. Can you make compatibility with a free version eg google docs?

Referral loading in Gensolve
I load a lot of referrals in Gensolve and there is a lot of double up features that could be improved. The First page of the referral is the contract details, which should auto populate the information to the sites & Commissions, Providers & Budgets and Due dates. If you put in the LP name it should be able to automatically put in that they are an employee or Provider requested, this would also automatically self populate in the site & commission the percentage split and the site should not need to be put in several times during loading. get rid of letters box
In the appointment book get rid of the letters box and have healthlink instead. we can get to letters through the uploads box, so maybe call that letters & uploads. Saves us clicking through notes to find Healthlink records

Under System Users The ability to see All Sites, but only run reports for given Sites.
Currently under user access rights all reports are available to all users as nominated. It would be good if we could drill this down further so that one user can see their own sites reports.

In text reminders - have the ability to not remind contract appointments.
Often appointments are booked for the providers to spend time writing reports or contacting employers and case managers but are not actual appointments with the client. It would be good for text reminders not to be sent for contract appointments or the ability to specify if you want specific contract appointments to have text reminders sent. (Maybe setup "contract appointments" and "contract appointments with client"
