A way to distinguish between different contracts of the same client in contracts page
We have return clients we see for the same claim but have to make a new contract. We might have multiple contracts open as we have to apply for funding and waiting for a PO. If I am looking for a specific contract for this client, I have to open them to see what that contract was for example AFO's, Compression socks, Modification to AFO etc,

Macrons
It would be great to have macrons (- above a e i o u) added to the characters so we can type in te Reo Maori correctly. And / or special characters as we can find macrons on there too.

Have an option to change the default third party exercise program between Physiotec and Physitrack when creating medical notes
Currently there is a dropdown list in the medical notes creation and in the medical condition to choose between Physiotec and Physitrack before clicking on the 'open' button to the right.
Our clinic uses Physitrack and its a small hassle but we always have to click on the dropdown list to change it to Physitrack before we can access Physitrack. It is a small hassle but having to do it multiple times a day adds up...
This will be an easy-to-implement feature - to make either Physitrack or Physiotec a default appearing exercise program when creating med notes - but…

Autorefresh
Why can't the software autorefresh each time an action is taken, such as making an appointment. If another user creates an appointment it is invisible to other users until the software is refreshed. This can lead to double bookings and client irritation.

EDI inbox
Email is not considered secure by an increasing number of med centres & ask to use an EDI. The reports coming into Healthlink are in the Inbox but we really need them to be in the patients "uploads" tab

Events button, in addition to Event button on top bar
On the top bar, would be useful to have an "Events" button.
This would be instead of having to click "E" next to patient's name, then "Events" tab in "Client details" to see past and current Events related to that patient.
ie. to see what is pending for a patient, and what has already been completed.
Currently there is an Event button, but this is only to set a new event.

Contract service charges - Able to choose colours for service charges under contract charges
Would like to have different colours for Contract service charges like normal service charges so we could differentiate if appt was in clinic or in Gym etc by the colour

Contract Appts
Contract appts not being able to be completed unless they have something in the charge type drop down box or have the ability to choose this function. This way they dont get missed from invoicing or wages

shortcut key to save
I would love it to be the F12 key to SAVE as I have just come from VIP. F12 saves everything & exits. I hate having to use the mouse for every screen!

Search/report: adding SMS as the field, and promo text as a restriction (not appointment reminder).
In reports, it would be beneficial to add SMS as the field, and have restrictions such as 'promo received'. In this way the client list can show if the an SMS has been sent or not (not appointment reminder). The SMS feature is used frequently for marketing, but currently the report to find these contacts is lacking.

Contract Site Payment Details Report - could a tick box be added to 'Exclude Charge Amounts equal to $0'

I am a clinical director for a large practice and conduct claim reviews on a regular basis. Often the therapist has not completed the outcome measures in the 1st, 6th or 12th visit. I would suggest Gensolve blocks the therapist from completing the patient notes until the outcome measures have been completed on that particular day. Eg if it is the 6th visit, outcome measures must be recorded before able to save/complete notes.

MBI Service Charges linked to ACC Billing Codes
We want to be able to link the Maternal Birth Injury Service Charges to the new ACC billing codes (PTP01, PTP02, PTP03) on the Administration>Appointment Service Charge page. Currently it is only possible to link a service charge to the PT01 etc.

Linking Occupation fields
can Gensolve link all occupation fields once entered? Often doesnt link when entered in Client details, then move to write notes for client & have to re enter the occupation details again = wasted time

Allowing to change the fix spaces of details entered
If we could change the size of the empty boxes that we fill, ie: for treatment detail, I might want a bigger box space rather than needing to scroll down in the box to see what I have done. Much easier to see what I have done overall

Quick appointments should be able to be copied and repeated - just like the coloured clinician appointments.

MBI Report and Internal Exam charged to ACC through Service Charge - not Misc. Billing
