  3. It would be really helpful if there was some sort of alert that occurs when a spot opens up on the diary on a day that you have people on the waiting list wanting - so that you don't have to keep checking the waiting list whenever someone moves or cancels

  5. When entering ACC claim details it would be good to have "bilateral" as a side option when entering the read code. ACC seem be using that term. In this instances we have to enter the read code twice, one for the left side and one for the right.

  6. currently orthotic and device billing is bunched with ACC appointment billing meaning accurate information on devises Vs appointment income is hard to get . be better to keep these separate in direct reporting

  7. We want to be able to select a different ledger for miscellaneous items rather than the ledger they currently go to (same as ACC fees). It is very time consuming for someone to have to go through the monthly ACC Schedules to separate the miscellaneous items from the ACC fees. We need this as we pay one contractor rate for ACC fees and another for materials sold.

  10. It would really help the clinical team to have a pop up created when they set up an internal cross referral within the clinical team. It would help if it was set up for the person referred too so they could see the referral, read and discuss prior to the appointment with the referring clinician if required.

    Gensolve has embarked on a project to redesign and rebuild our booking portal system from scratch with your suggestions as well as our own ideas in mind. 


    We have engaged with market leading UI/UX designers to inspire the redesign of the booking portal to ensure we bring you the best product possible.


    Some key improvements we have focused on include:

    • Improving usability and reducing clicks
    • Simplifying the pathway needed for a booking, including mandatory selection of modality (physio, chiro, exercise physio etc), location and type of appointment (new or follow up etc). If you don’t have more than one modality or location your clients are not presented with these choices.
    • Adding custom filters for your clinical staff, e.g. shoulder specialist, senior clinician, pilates instructor. These are custom filters input by you.
    • Client back end for managing appointments, payments and client details.
    • Geotargeting for the closest location to your client.

  14. At present you can set an ACC Initial as "completed even if the claim has not been sent to the outbox. There should be a warning or a step to not allow this like how it does if you haven't completed the mandatory fields in the ACC45 application.

  18. Can the # which shows that there are no appointments left on referral to be booked show a numerical figure to its left, to show that appointment count and the total appointments allowed for that referral

    Often the # confuses me when I am glancing to see if the patient needs a new referral -

  20. We have businesses that contract us to do Manual Handling/Task Analysis assessments at their businesses. They are not client specific ie not for one person but for the business as a whole so we would like to be able to set up a contract for a Debtor without having a specific patient but be able to book time in the appointment diary for that - where we can add charges and block time out against a particular physio/OT. (Currently we have to set up the business as a patient in GS which skews stats!) Thanks
