  1. It would be great to have macrons (- above a e i o u) added to the characters so we can type in te Reo Maori correctly. And / or special characters as we can find macrons on there too.

  3. It would be helpful to be able to change font colour in clinical notes so that we could for example have headings which are easier to see - even just an option like red blue black.
    AND/OR
    ability to make fonts bold which could act as a heading

  6. The header bar where all the details of patients phone numbers etc is very small and seeing the phone number without actually opening the clients file is hard to see.

  7. Could we please request the need for an email to be sent to the applicable practitioner that has had a booking made using the GPM Online Booking Portal.
    This would be particularly beneficial notifying practitioners out of hours that they have had a booking made to their schedule.

    To update, Gensolve has embarked on a project to redesign and rebuild our booking portal system from scratch with your suggestions as well as our own ideas in mind. We have engaged with market leading UI/UX designers to inspire the redesign of the booking portal to ensure we bring you the best product possible.

    Some key improvements we have focused on include:

    • Improving usability and reducing clicks
    • Simplifying the pathway needed for a booking, including mandatory selection of modality (physio, chiro, exercise physio etc), location and type of appointment (new or follow up etc). If you don’t have more than one modality or location your clients are not presented with these choices.
    • Adding custom filters for your clinical staff, e.g. shoulder specialist, senior clinician, pilates instructor. These are custom filters input by you.
    • Client back end for managing appointments, payments and client details.

  8. When an appointment is changed from confirmed to Arrived, the colour changes but a notification sound/chime should be sent to the active physio so they are aware when they arrive if they are writing notes.

With online booking up and running the next step would be able to integrate into a online payment gateway i.e. PayPal or for Gensolve to have the ability to take payment online with a third party. Similar functions are available on timely i.e. http://help.gettimely.com/article/255-working-with-paypal

  11. We are having trouble keeping track of when a new AHRR plan needs to be sent by the clinician. We would like to suggest that an alert be sent to the clinician prior to a set no (like the icon on the vendor that warns when you are approaching the end of treatment) and then the alert is sent.

  12. Add in the contract status -Withdrawn for contracts sent through but then retracted by ACC or the supplier. This is more suitable then Non Completion. As we want to a record of it coming through and then being withdrawn.

When I signed up for Gensolve I was told that payroll was to be added in about 6 mths time.( 3 years ago now) As I have to use Qbooks for payroll I have continued to use it for all my accounting however at the cost of Gensolve/month it would be great if I could get rid of it and just use gensolve as a total package. Please........

  18. We would like to be able to see all clinicians appointments in one view for the whole week. So that we can see where we have gaps to fill without having to select each provider separately in week view.
    Eg Mon(C1), Mon(C2), Tues(C1), Wed(C1), Wed(C3), Thurs(C1), Fri(C1), Fri(C2), Sat(C3).

Able to have a case manager database similar to clinics/referrers that lists case managers (ACC, insurers, workplaces) linked to a particular branch or company in the same way that referrers are linked to clinics. Would be easier to edit case manager details (link this field to contracts) and maintain an up to date list of current contacts. Would also list key contacts at a branch that aren't case managers. Should be able to run the same reports for case managers as we can for other referrers and use their details in the 'send to' merge fields.
