A report for orchard codes to be pulled through via condition instead of exam notes
Currently our specialist, among those of other clinics dictate their notes and have them typed off site. The report available to extract information provided by orchard codes requires him to create exam notes. What we are after is a report that has the ability to exact orchard code information from a condition instead of exam notes.

The ability to cut and past throughout Gensole ie x ray reports to sms or into notes
To be able to cut and paste notes from differetn areas of Gensolve . . i think that items are uploaded and pics so not possible is it possible to have them uploaded as edutable files PDF EPS . . or whatever !!

Online Notes
When printing reports of the Daily Appointment Schedule for practitioners is it possible to show (maybe an icon at the side) of patients that have notes online?

To be able to upload picture of posture to initial notes
A picture paints a thousand words. To be able to document posture through a jpg file we could track changes easily through their notes. Sometimes someone has a heamatoma, swelling that would be good to document through a picture so we can view in the notes.

Remove the ACC payment figure from the client details page when an appointment is booked. It is inapprioprate for our contractor physios to see the total figure ACC pays for a given treatment

Add a client group on the fly from the Client Details window.
We are starting to use Gensolve for more marketing and tracking results with Client Group reports.

patient goals & Activity/treatment
physio favourites. Can we have physio specific goals and treatments.
Ie like short cuts we can chose if its used by all our just for one.
I like basic broad terms but others like specific detailed.
I have ADL, work, sleep, sport and driving. Broad general and then specify. other co workers want more I don't. so physio specific lists1 vote -
Email Invoices to Debtors
It would be really great if the email address of a Debtor (eg Accredited Employer Insurer) automatically migrated into the send via email box. The email address of these companies is already in their account information.

differential diagnosis label
I find it very annoying that the diagnosis and differential diagnosis are backwards in the GPM context.
From a clinical standpoint, the diagnosis should always link to the READ code / injury or CC, while the differential diagnosis will be determined by the clinician through the investigative process.
Please make it an option for the clinics to choose where the READ codes / condition upload to. I personally require those to link to the diagnosis field, leaving me the differential diagnosis field to differentiate according to my clinical exam findings.

integration with Tyro healthpoint

F4 key and Shortcut key to be available in Custom Progress Notes
The new custom progress notes which has a more narrative style of entry is great for all contract work. The notes do not currently have the F4 key for quick review or the shortcut button for the fields. The F4 key allows for easy review and is a good audit tool. The shortcuts would be valuable to allow the population of key headings and protocols that are utilised through different aspects of contract entry

Adding Physical Activity Vital Sign Measurement under General Health Weekly exercise
The recommendation from Exercise is Medicine, a global initiative launched by American Medical Association and American College of Sports Medicine in 2007 is to ask all clients the below two questions known as the PAVS (Physical activity Vital Sign). On their website exerciseismedicine.org they urge practitioners to get this vital sign integrated into the CMS, hence my email to you. Most Physiotherapists in NZ now use Gensolve and therefore I would be very grateful if you could integrate these Vital signs into the database so that all patients are asked this question.

To have a restriction added for the Template Merge, to list the clients with the most "number of appointments" for a selected time period.
To be able to do a template merge to get the list of clients by "total number of appointments" for a certain time period, so it lists them in total number order. (most - least) as in the Clinician Unique Clients Report. We want to be able to do a merge so we can either generate their address or email contact.

Referral Date Expiry
We would like the ability to have no referral date expiry for conditions. For out WCQ Return to work referrals we need to record the date of referral but these referrals do not expiry after a certain period of time.

Ability to choose to include or exclude insurer or group of from schedules
Currently you can only choose all insurers or individual ones. We would like to exclude 1-2 insurers and yet create schedule for all remaining schedules. A similar function such as when creating shortcuts/treatment symbols of a tick box to include or exclude all insurers and the drop down box choosing which ones to include/excluding (depending on what was ticked) would be useful.
