  4. The ability to fill a 'Misc. Bank Transaction' entry once and have the option for this automatically pop up according to period selected (weekly / monthly, etc) and all one has to do is confirm or cancel.
    Or the ability to fill in an Misc. bank transaction' and select it as a 'recurring transaction' which can be later accessed through a 'drop down' list. Apply any alterations required and confirm (save).
    Transaction Ledger options need to include Current Accounts.

  5. When clicking rebook - it defaults to Week for the single provider
    Can it please allow option to default to Day with all providers showing

  6. Could the Template Fields documents include the name of the associated field. As an example, the Injury Type field in the Client Conditions Details entry form has a merge field title of <<ReadCodesNames>>. I was only able to identify this merge field after submitting a support call.

  7. In the Letter Templates related to the Condition, it would be helpful having past appointments listed as individual merge fields, similar to what is currently available with future appointments. For example, currently it is possible to report on all future appointments by using template merge fields "FutureAppointment1" (and so on up to ten appointments); with past appointments only initial appointment and last appointment are available. It would be great if past appointments were available in the same format as future appointments - "PastAppointment1" (and so on up to ten, depending on how difficult it is to program this).   9. We would like the failed to attend phone calls to be registered so we can see that they have been made and when they haven't. It stops people falling out of our system and the manual checking is too labour intensive.

  11. Hi there,

    Please add a "ALL TREATING PARTIES (i.e rehabilitation provider, employer, insurer, treating practitioners)" contact tab to client condition window. With the function of remembering all contacts provider names, contact number, fax and email. Also a prompt for admin to fill out when first inputting client details.

    Would be useful for handling workcover cases. Thanks

  12. Could we have a setting where we can disable the requirement to enter Codes when creating new Products or new Creditors if we do not wish to enter them?

    Currently the system forces one to enter something in the Code area or else it will not save.

  14. Have a field that shows on client snapshot and beside names in classes/Reports etc that allows entry to differentiate clients same name eg Peter Smith (Pilates).
    Because DOB doesnt show on reports, and can sometimes mean nothing to a administrator trying to ensure the correct client goes into a class or appointment, and staff often enter comments in the client name field which then transmits to ACC and appears on letters!

  15. Hi, is it possible to replicate a whole set of notes to a new claim/ contract. I've had one client who I applied for an ACC32 for but they accepted it on a different claim, so notes remain same but claim number is different. I've also just been accepted onto the Hand therapy contract so will have some clients with same injury but swapping it over to a different contract.

  20. be able to ad a reminder note in our diary column without it being an 'appointment" that gets added to statistical analysis. The event section with pop up reminders is useful but it would be very handy to see a note in the column ie at the end of the day have a note reminding of a meeting - notes to ring doctors etc
