  3. NDIS and other travel charges.
    We would like the ability to more easily calculate travel km's for our clients. The NDIS set up has a formula for calculating travel kms. This is: (total km travelled - 10)/60 and then mutiplied by the hourly rate. There is a lot of room for error if this needs to be manually calculated and entered for each appointment. TAC also have a specific calculation which is based on a set $ fee per km travelled. It would be great if Gensolve had a background formula so that this process was easier. I.e enter the…

  4. Currently fees that have been charged can be over ridden and changed at a later date without any adjustment being recorded. Our accountant advises this is a significant weakness for accounting. It could also allow dishonesty. Ideally any adjustment should be recorded on a second entry. Is this a feature that can be rectified?

  8. When a third party debtor has been billed on behalf of a client (e.g. WorkCover), it doesn't show the warning icon that there is an outstanding amount linked to this client. It is useful to know on first glance if there is anything owing or not, regardless if the patient owes or a third party owes.

In the Template Merge area of Reports I would like to see when using 'Has an Event' as the search tool statement 'not true' that you can 'Restrict to Events' and use a 'due from' with two date options. The 'Due as at' limits it to that day only but if I want to see what's in for the next month or from that date on I can't as it currently only selects that day. 'Created From' is not what I want either as it is only relevant to when it was created not when it is actually due. Please…

  16. Include Schedule Charges in Contract Summary Report

    Currently the Contract Summary Report which is used widely, does not include Schedule Invoicing/charges, only Back End invoicing.

Referred by field in condition, currently defaults to the patients GP if there is one in the patient details page - Could this be made a optional choice for businesses in the Vendor or site settings rather than compulsory as it means admin often see the field has info in it and don't check that it is the correct doctor who referred, providing false statistics for referrals.

  20. .Morning, im looking at unpaid acc appointments, when i look at client appointments, the appointment history is not showing the schedule number or bill status, are we able to make this happen??The Clinical Services Contract Schedule/billing info currently don't link through to the Appointments tab. could you please allow this as its really handy , its a quick way to check acc has been paid out on certain patients
