  1. Two recent improvements have been made in relation to ACC -
    *on Clinician Details - allows users to 'Override the Vendor' in relation to including GST when billing ACC amount
    *on Vendor settings 'ACC & Contract Settings' - provision for 'Show Liability Ledgers' in relation to Default ACC Schedule Revenue Ledger

    This works for businesses with employees but not as well for businesses with a team of Independent Contractors who are all responsible for their own taxes etc.

    A solution could be to include the ACC & Contract settings option on the Clinician Details>Other Settings along with the Billing Settings…

  2. My business treats memberships as liabilities until they are redeemed. Gensolve defaults memberships to sales. Currently the only way to remove memberships from sales to a liability ledger is by manual journal.
    *This could be solved by adding a field to the Client Membership Details form 'Show Liability Ledger' whereupon the user could choose where membership amounts are allocated.

    In my business, memberships are redeemed when the recipient uses an appointment with a practitioner (all of whom have unique service codes and ledger codes). This means another manual journal to allocate the value of the appointment from the membership ledger…

  3. From the accounts screen be able to remove no-show or cancellation charges rather than having to click through to the individual appointment. This would make it much easier to remove a cancellation fee if the clinician the client saw is no longer visible on the diary due to leaving the practise.

  4. We often send a notes report to rest homes or ACC following assessments and have recently been made aware that there is nothing on the report identifying that it is a 'Physiotherapy notes report' or 'podiatry notes report' etc. This is helpful for their audits. It would also be useful to list the provider type next to the provider name to emphasise this point.

  5. . . . of both the Product Codes and the Product Names do not allow for our suppliers descriptions. When there are multiple sizes of the same product it is not possible to make the correct selection from this screen size

  6. To allow payment of creditor batches using ANZ bank accounts.
    Currentlly only companies with BNZ accounts can use the payment batch upload tool.
    As the file form is incompatible.
    This would allow fast payment of creditors instead of having to pay each creditor individually.

  8. When doing manual health fund transactions it would be easier if the clients Health fund number and card number where stored on the client record. This way when manual transactions are required the only field that needs be entered is the RRN number. I have seen in Frontdesk software that this is an included feature and would be beneficial for us.

  9. ADD PSFS & GRC on the Discharge letter to GP's as it is now an expected requirement of the discharge letter. Currently they complete the boxes but they are not printing on the paper version sent out to GP's.

  10. When linking weekly class appointments to ACC claims there is a condition drop-down menu to select the condition to link to. However only the ACC45 number is visible. Having the diagnosis itself be visible as well would help people easily find claims for clients with multiple claims (i.e. if you are treating a client for ACC45 TN54166 and TN56139 and one is for a hamstring and the other is for concussion).

  12. We run a weekly Koha (Donation to a Charity) Yoga Class. Currently we are unable to setup a Service Charge within a class that will allow us to change the amount of donation taken from each participant. If this could be setup this will allow us to track how much is taken through each class as a donation.

  19. Each user can set their own expansion shortcuts and preferences. For example: typing "gpg" would automatically expand to "Good progress toward goals." I have used this feature on EMR systems in America and it saves a surprisingly large amount of time.

  20. When merging patients can patient data on the edit screen please transfer eg. if theres an address on the one you are removing and not one on the one you are keeping can it come over to the one being kept please.
