New Clinician Setup
Have the ability to clone an existing clinician to allow for a faster setup for a new clinician. Details like name and provider information would need to be changed but it would greatly reduce the setup time for a new clinician who is like for like of an existing one

New Entry Form, included the date against the condition in' Select condition' drop box
Using the New entry form to send out to clients. When using the drop down box to select ‘For Condition’ If we have an unused, past condition both the new condition and the past one show up in the drop box, but there is a no way to tell which is the past condition and which is the current.
On occasion, we have therefore selected the past unused condition not the current one. The client’s information is then uploaded on the wrong condition.
I understand from Gensolve support that they are sorted alphabetically, but I think it may be better…1 vote -

Add print date to appointment slips.
Appointments are often changed. Clients can get confused with which slip is current. If the slips were dated at the time of printing, it would be easy to identify the current one.

Remove the requirement of selecting a clinician type when booking online
When the site is selected it shows all available clinicians but when you search via the drop down boxes, you have to select a site and the clinician type, then if you want to see the availability of another person you have to select the different clinician type. Would it not be better to just have the site or at least not "require" a clinician type?

Provider Numbers
If provider numbers could be included in the condition area as this is not displayed unless you put it after the referrers name. We would find this helpful when doing manual claims

Online booking - discrete identifier in confirmation email subject line
Hi Guys,
Our receptionist brought up a small issue with the GPM web booking system, which I thought might be an easy fix.
Here’s the problem: when clients book a new appointment, they get sent a confirmation email, which gets Bcc’d to reception. However, our receptionists use Gmail’s “Conversation View” to manage their inbox, and under this system, emails with the same subject line get grouped together – so all web bookings end up ‘hiding’ behind each other and are easily overlooked in a busy reception context.
The simplest solution seems to be to put some sort of unique identifier…1 voteHi
Gensolve has embarked on a project to redesign and rebuild our booking portal system from scratch with your suggestions as well as our own ideas in mind.
We have engaged with market leading UI/UX designers to inspire the redesign of the booking portal to ensure we bring you the best product possible.
Some key improvements we have focused on include:
- Improving usability and reducing clicks
- Simplifying the pathway needed for a booking, including mandatory selection of modality (physio, chiro, exercise physio etc), location and type of appointment (new or follow up etc). If you don’t have more than one modality or location your clients are not presented with these choices.
- Adding custom filters for your clinical staff, e.g. shoulder specialist, senior clinician, pilates instructor. These are custom filters input by you.
- Client back end for managing appointments, payments and client details.
- Geotargeting for the closest location to your client.

Physical address on booking portal for clients
For online bookings could there be an area for their address as we are unable to follow up and send accounts to no shows because Baycorp require a physical address.

Improve how classes are displayed in on-line bookings.
Booking classes on-line is really clunky if your clinic has more than just a few classes in one location. The long list of days and times is awkward to navigate for clients. Available classes could be displayed on a calendar, or could be searchable, i.e. sort by type of class or time of day to reduce the list they see.
