Account Holder and Family Members
Parents should be account holders for their children so when invoiced the parent or guardian is invoice rather than a child - this is a requirement in NZ. If you have to chase debt you cannot chase it if it's a child and its good to have family members all under umbrella. Makes for speedier entering if family members are already in the system as well

Medicare symbol to be more obvious after claiming
Could the Medicare Symbol be displayed on the appointment slot in a more consistent way?
Maybe straight down the most right hand side?
And stand out more somehow. Brighter colour maybe?
The dollar signs are so easy to see but Medicare isnt.Basically so its easier to see who has been missed being submitted

We would like to know what you would like to see in its place.

Ability to relate an uploaded item to client condition
To be able to when uploading for example a specialist letter to relate it with the correct condition. Some clients have numerous conditions and this would make it easier to find which letters relate to which condition.

You can upload files directly to a Client Condition by editing the Client Condition and using the Letters & Uploads tab from there (instead of from the Client Details area)
There is a tick box that you can use to ‘Show for this client condition only’.

Linking Family Members
We often have families coming in and have to imput all the information for everyone. It would be good to be able to link the family with addresses, numbers etc or have them on a option together. Especially when it is minor dependants.

The ability to list multiple specialists in the patient information screen.
This to be coded as well so that these details can then be prepopulated in letters.
1 voteHI, Great thinking. We have the ability to add in a different referrer to each condition that the patient comes in for. Depending on what letter template you choose you can select the Referrer on the Patient Card or the one on the condition.

On the daily appointment schedule there should be a tag or ID if a patient has an SMS txt reminder scheduled and is there a way to include an ID if the SMS txt has been sent. This would avoid having to go to Front Office and searching
1 voteIf an SMS has been scheduled for X amount of hours prior to the appointment and it has been successfully sent a black tick will appear on the left if the appointment. If it was not successful a black cross will appear it none at all have been sent for this appointment then it will have no icon.

with online bookings, once a clinician is chosen, the service options available to pick from should only include services that the clinician offers

A NO SHOW appointment that does not affect online booking
It would be extremely useful to have the NO SHOW cancellation appointment not block out the space for anyone looking to book online. We sometimes have patients that cancel on the day and our policy is that if it is within 12 hours of the apt then it is a NO SHOW, so if some cancels at 8am for a 3:30pm apt on that day, it becomes a NO SHOW as it needs to be counted against the patients apts seen or not but we would like this apt. space to be available when someone wants to book online.

start your weekly calander on a monday not sunday
Can your diary calender start on a monday not a sunday??!!?? the beginning of the working week?
1 voteThe calendar uses the settings as defined on your PC under Regional Settings. You can edit this by going into Control Panel and Language and Regional Settings (or Region and Language – it differs dependent on your computer) and set the ‘First day of week’ to be Monday.
Once that has been updated, restart GPM and the calendar will show as expected.

Faster booking when patient on phone
It takes 7 clicks to book an appointment for a new client, this is super long when the patient is waiting on the phone and in a hurry. A faster booking for new clients would be great!

As per changes to the ACC contract a report that can bring up claims that require a review between 12-16 appointments.
As per changes to the ACC contract a report that can bring up claims that are due a claim review between 12-16 appointments. This will allow us to keep ahead of ACC's requirement to complete this patient report.
1 voteThis feature is a great one and already exists. You can manage all Claim Reviews and filter to show Reviews Due via Front Office → Claim Reviews.

The new update does not pre-select an event type, this is very annoying in that it creates another step int he process that is not needed. We do not refer to the event type at all, it is just a message/ reminder service. Please consider changing back to pre last update format.

Appointment Service Charge Detail Report
Please add the ability to include the total minutes for each session into this report.

The Appointment Service Charge Detail report includes an Appt Duration column which shows the duration of the appointment in minutes.

Toggle to Include / Exclude Providers for Service Charge
Can a toggle be added to the Visibility and Ledgers tab for a Service Charge. At the moment I have a huge task of adding 17 therapists who should not see specific Service Charges, when the charge is only applicable for 2 therapists.

Change invoice date when creating invoice
It would be great to have the option to be able to change the date of the invoice when creating invoice, rather than having to go into the client's folder, in their accounts and then change the date from there.

Have a box for client's own gym equipment
Possibly in the General Health section. We could write down there that they've purchased a theraband, dumbell, trigger point ball etc, so when planning programs for them we can easily check what equipment they have and what more they will need. Especially helpful if they don't gym.

More expense codes in drop down box when entering product purchases
Not all products purchased are a 'Cost of Sales'; some of my products purchased are for use my practitioners and not for resale. I need the 2-4040 (General) codes as well please.
