A NO SHOW appointment that does not affect online booking
It would be extremely useful to have the NO SHOW cancellation appointment not block out the space for anyone looking to book online. We sometimes have patients that cancel on the day and our policy is that if it is within 12 hours of the apt then it is a NO SHOW, so if some cancels at 8am for a 3:30pm apt on that day, it becomes a NO SHOW as it needs to be counted against the patients apts seen or not but we would like this apt. space to be available when someone wants to book online.
Please also note that the appointment must be marked as No Show more than 15 minutes in advance of the appointmnet in order for it to become available for online booking.

Thanks for posting this. However, this is a feature that already exists and No Shows will appear as available slots when booking online, usually within a few minutes of being marked as a No Show.
