    Hi there

    We are looking back at all Suggestions from previous years, as well as current Suggestions.

    Access to the third party Physitrack via Gensolve, is per Clinician/User set up with Physitrack directly and the account set up with them.

    You should however be able to access your Physitrack account outside of Gensolve for administration purposes.

    Please contact Physitrack directly if help is needed with this.

  3. Is it possible to re-book another patient over the top of an appointment slot that is showing a cancelled or no-show patient? The only way I can find to do this is to book in a spare slot and drag it to the right time, could it not be a right-click option over the top of the cancelled patient?

  5. We need the ability to have the site on the invoice/receipt at the top and in the remittance section have the Vendor details. This is important so we can have all invoices paid to the one location.

    We nearly always use 8, 10 and 11
    The current custom option is more difficult, with having to manually change the number.

  8. I'd love to be able to either filter the reports so I can just see the ones I use, or be able to add them to the favourites tag. It would be great if I could filter these reports for my staff as well so they can only access the reports i want them to see.

  9. It would be great to be able to choose an appointment type ie New Patient, post opertative, review etc on the appointment screen that would give appointments different colours which would make it easier for front reception on patient arrival without having to go into the appointment notes.

    Hi there

    We are reviewing both historical an current feature requests.

    While it is not possible to set customised appt types when right clicking on the appointment book to book an appointment, you can set your Service Charges to have colours for Confirmed and Completed status, which would identify the type of appointment at a glance.

  10. On the client consent form, Cancer is listed as a category under General Health, but this does not carry over to Gensolve Practice Manager where we cannot red flag it in the client's health section. Can this please be changed?

  12. When patients book online, we then have to convert the appointment. Why can't it just come up as a proper appointment to begin with, with their phone number and email?

  13. The option of being able to delete the sent SMS messages. Most of the appointment reminder txt messages are duplicated date and we don't need them as they have already been sent.

  14. Is there any way to integrate voice recognition software such as "Dragon" into gensolve under online notes? Or would this have to be uploaded as a separate word document from the PC?

  15. Next to previous appointments if it could specify how many days/weeks since their last appointment that would be a big help.
    Sometimes we book patients in a months time but they move the appointment forward or back so it's not always easy to tell. A quick check of how long since they were last in would be great to avoid counting weeks especially when booking the next appointment and they want the same time frame again.

  18. We do have caller ID. It would be good to know whether the missed call is from a client. Also searching client via mobile number will benefit as well if we get the client's name spelled incorrectly at least we can search they info via their mobile number.

  19. An alert system to notify provider that the gap they had has been filled and not to go over appt time as patient is waiting. Needs to be on all screens as provider is most likely in the notes section of another patient and wont see a new booking
