Alert for providers
An alert system to notify provider that the gap they had has been filled and not to go over appt time as patient is waiting. Needs to be on all screens as provider is most likely in the notes section of another patient and wont see a new booking

Search Client via mobile number
We do have caller ID. It would be good to know whether the missed call is from a client. Also searching client via mobile number will benefit as well if we get the client's name spelled incorrectly at least we can search they info via their mobile number.

add COVID19 vaxed check box in Client details screen
Should we decide to restrict our small group class participants to those who have been vaccinated we would like a tick box in the Client details screen where we can indicated client has been fully vaccinated.

When we enter an event are we also able to get it attached to the notes
When an event is created for a patient can we have an option for it to be attached to their notes (like a comment)

Now that we are doing a lot of Telehealth consultations, we would like to be able to use an electronic version of the ACC32, we have done some research and can see that it is available if you are using My Practice as per the below
Is the same form available through Gensolve, if so, were do we access it and if not can we please request that it is made available to us.

Being able to create an Invoice for a Sale of a product for a Walk In (not a Client)
If we have someone that comes to purchase a product (we may have online) but they are not a Client it would be helpful to be able to create an Invoice with their details but not have to create a Client.
Have a Miscellaneous Client that we can add/change the name for a sale1 vote -

Online booking issue- force people to chose a specific appointment type/service charge before alowing them to book online.
Online booking issue- force people to chose a specific appointment type/service charge before alowing them to book online. Currently the default service type for us is 'New ACC Patient Appointment' and people are not aware they can change this and choose the correct appointment for them from the drop down box. So we are getting all our follow up patients that should be booking for 30mins, always booking in for 60mins. Other colleagues have the same issue. Please resovle this as it is a significant issue.

drag and drop files into letters and uploads
It would be great if you could drag and drop copies of letters, emails, reports etc into the letter and uploads section rather than needing to save them to your desktop, upload them and then delete them from your desktop.

It is possible to drag and drop files into the client letters and uploads area already. However, the file does have to exist on your computer first and can’t be dragged directly from your email client.
A quicker option might be to drag the file from your email onto your desktop, and then drag the file from your desktop to the client Uploads grid.

need to choose appointment type with online booking
Make the appointment TYPE choice compulsory before choosing appt time as clients are reporting they don't see this tab. Saves time when they come in finding out whether it's the same injury or a new one as online booking always has initial as a default.

Dictation Feature
Similarly to Microsoft Office, I think it is time to implement a speech recognition feature - using your voice to dictate and insert text. Maybe initially to allow this feature for Medical Notes sections. This would make us work a lot more efficiently. Please consider...

Great request, Gensovle works the same as Microsoft and we can use Dragon and Windows voice recognition, as with most Windows applications. You will need to refer to those software providers as to how they operate though. It’s integration has been tested, however we do not provide support for third party software platforms. Some are better than others and if you are using a lot of medical terminology it is best to hop around for the right one. -
Spell Check Function when emailing from gensolve
I wonder if it is possible to have gensolve spell check function for when we email directly out of gensolve?

Appointment List
Could we please look at a feature that lists all appointments a client has had in a list? Quite often they require this for ACC travel reimbursement purposes.

For online bookings to show ALL available appointments for providers
Eg. Currently if a provider has 4pm-6pm free in their diary and a patient wants to book a 1.5hour appointment the online bookings only show a 4pm time as free and doesn't give the option of a 4.30pm time.

Hide Clinicians with no appointments
Currently the 'Hide Providers Not Working' only hides a clinician that is 'scheduled' not to work on any given day.
We have quite a number of casual or locums in our calendar that only come in when called therefore they cannot be scheduled per se.
Would it be possible to have the ''Hide Providers Not Working' also include clinicians that do not have any schedule appointments, or alternatively to have a separate function aptly named to do this.1 voteThanks for the request.
The ‘Hide Providers Not Working’ option will hide all staff who have no ‘schedule’ created for the site and date you are viewing. If you end the ‘Appt Schedule’ for any locum / casual staff, they won’t appear on your Appointment Book.
When they are working, a new Appt Schedule can be created only for the specific day or dates they are scheduled to work.
Hopefully that clarifies, but please let us know if that doesn’t answer your query.

Automatically create appointment in diary rather than having to convert to appointment after online booking
When patients book online, we then have to convert the appointment. Why can't it just come up as a proper appointment to begin with, with their phone number and email?

Can we have the ability to make events urgent!
When we have an urgent event it would flash RED.
The reason for this being that we get so many pop up events at times that people just miss seeing the important ones21 votes -
Admin discharge of patient that has DNA'ed too many times
To somehow be able to mark a patient as a serial DNA'er and not book back in - but also so that this patient does not show up on the "Clients not been seen or discharged" report.
