    Due to the limited space on the Appointment book, this information is instead shown on the pop up tooltip which shows when you hover over any appointment.

    There is also setting which can make an icon show on the appointment book when appointments are running out. This is on the Vendor details>Appointment tab “Show Appointment icon when less than X appointments remain”.

    You can configure how many appointments this should show for.

  3. Being able to track the patient journey once they are redirected to the booking page will be a HUGE help as these measurements will ensure we can make informed decisions on what blocks their might be in the funnel.

  4. To be able to right click and have a 'Fast Print Consent Form' Option for new clients.
    This would save a lot of time as currently each form opens in word and THEN we need to select print from there.

    Gensolve now has a form that can either be sent to clients or filled out in the clinic on a tablet, Ipad or devise of your choice. This form auto populates to the clients card with vital information and saves a copy as PDF that is date and time stamped. Having this feature will not only save on time but might also save a few trees.

    This might be something to consider instead of printing the paper copy.

    Hi there

    We are looking back at all Suggestions from previous years, as well as current Suggestions.

    Access to the third party Physitrack via Gensolve, is per Clinician/User set up with Physitrack directly and the account set up with them.

    You should however be able to access your Physitrack account outside of Gensolve for administration purposes.

    Please contact Physitrack directly if help is needed with this.

  6. To ensure Gensolve is the truth data for both our clients and our Clinicians, can we add fields to either the Clinicians (preferred) or Employees forms to record our staffs' emergency contact details, ie, Name of Contact; Relationship; Contact number.

    Also a Notes field would also be good to record things like Medical conditions, etc.

    We are checking out all historical as well as current feature requests.

    What you are describing can be catered for by creating your own document and uploading that to Front Office>Reference Files. The file could be updated as required.

  7. The option of being able to delete the sent SMS messages. Most of the appointment reminder txt messages are duplicated date and we don't need them as they have already been sent.

  10. Either have a larger number of item number lines available in appointments, or Autoscroll down to reveal the new lines rather than them be hidden and having to use the scroll bar to reveal each new one.
    It would be very handy when entering more than 3 lines of item numbers and would look much better in terms of improving the interface.

  12. It would be great to be able to choose an appointment type ie New Patient, post opertative, review etc on the appointment screen that would give appointments different colours which would make it easier for front reception on patient arrival without having to go into the appointment notes.

    Hi there

    We are reviewing both historical an current feature requests.

    While it is not possible to set customised appt types when right clicking on the appointment book to book an appointment, you can set your Service Charges to have colours for Confirmed and Completed status, which would identify the type of appointment at a glance.

  13. We have occupational therapists and exercise physiologists at our clinic, can you please add these to the list of available appointment types - it is very irritating that when booking in an appointment with any of these therapists the appointment type does not reflect accurately.

  15. We have several sites, and to be able to customise each one with an address would be helpful. Currently, our main site is just called 'Physiotherapy' whereas we would like to be able to name it 'X Street' so it is clear which site we are selecting for when we do banking etc.

    This can be achieved by setting the ‘Valid To’ Date at the top of the Service Charge. Then it will not show as an option for appointments after that date.

  18. When an appt is first booked by the user logged in, when you double click on the appt to bring up the charges screen, you can see which user has booked the appt, the date they booked it and the time. Unfortunately this info is erased once someone goes back into the appt and edits or adds a charge to it. Can this info be kept until the appt is completed?

  19. We need the ability to have the site on the invoice/receipt at the top and in the remittance section have the Vendor details. This is important so we can have all invoices paid to the one location.
