HI Bev, Yes Dani is right you are able to set a default for all event and this alleviates the report for non sent events

Hi Bev,
If you go to 'System Users' and click the pencil edit for each user, under 'Other Settings' there is a tick box next to these words 'When creating a new event action the event to yourself by default'.
This means any events you create automatically send to yourself unless you specify otherwise. This ensures events are not accidentally sent to nobody. I hope this helps.
