Gensolve to interact with My Health Record
Ability for Gensolve to be able to access My Health record. This would allow clinicians to be able to see radiology reports, medications prescribed, hospital discharge summaries, specialist reports all in one location freeing up admin time from having to contact separate entities.

Itemised prices on Receipt printout from invoice
When printing a receipt from an invoice, it omits the prices attributed to each item, just shows a total payment.
This is useless for health funds.The fix apparently is to delete the invoice and pay off directly from the appointment.

Alert for when a patient has had a specified amount of treatments on a regime.
To have the ability to set up an alert to tell the physio when they have hit a certain number of treatments on a regime. For example they may want reminded when they have hit 10 treatments. This would be a similar pop up to the one that pops up after 6 treatments when the outcome measures are due. This could be setup as a global option for all users or per regime.

Ability to do other work while sending an email from Gensolve
When sending an email from Gensolve, you have to either finish it or lose it to be able to do other work or check details within the system. It would be great if you could minimise or ignore the email window and continue with other work.

Print daily appointments for entire clinic rather than indivudally by clinician
We print each clinicians appointments daily as a manual back up (often needed in case of power cut, internet goes down etc) but currently have to do this by printing off each clinician's appointments. Can we print off an entire days appointments for the clinic? Currently you have to choose clinician - would be good to have an "all clinicians" option

Maximise already open patient notes
Could you please make it so that a double click on the patient will maximise the window of notes that has been minimised to the taskbar.
Currently if you double click it does nothing as the notes stay minimised on the taskbar, if you have lots of notes open, you have to find the one that you are searching for.
Its just a basic better experience if it maximises them.1 vote -
Ability to add wording to a Receipt
In relation to Health Funds/Insurance,it would be great to consider the following.
The Health Fund requests that certain wording be included in the Receipt in order to make payment. This is a very common occurrence. That is, the payment has already been created, but the Receipt needs to include wording such as 'Physiotherapy Appointment' or 'Post Operative Condition' for example.
In order to do this retrospectively, the user has to delete the Payment (often already in Daily Takings and Banking), edit appointment, add text in Invoice Notes on the appointment and then recreate Payment in order for that text to…

Custom icons for patients/ appointments
To apply to patients with health insurance- an icon on the patient's appointment slot makes the user aware that they have health insurance, so that the insurer can be billed for their portion of the treatment.

Adding a "session number" or "appointments attended" field to client files and (condition) letter templates
Hi, would it be possible to please add a field in client files that would
allow us to record the number of sessions (or appointments) that the client has attended? Could this field then be made available to auto-populate in (condition) letter templates?
For example, if a client has made 9 appointments, but only attended 6, it would be helpful to be able to see this immediately rather than have to go to the Appointment tab and count how many appointments have been completed. Hover also shows number of visits on referral
Can we please add the total number of visits on their referral to show when hovering over their appointment.
It is good to see the number left, but the number on the referral decides the weeks spacing

Delete appointments when patient marked as deceased
I am sure patients are not going to turn up to appointments after they are marked deceased

Designating an icon for a "New Client" that can be used in Appointment Book
It would be helpful to have an icon (e.g. 'A') to indicate a new client or a new assessment that Admin can use when booking in new clients. This icon can then appear on the new client's appointment in the Appointment book. Ta.

https://www.cliniqapps.com/ would greatly enhance Gensolve user's ability to leverage their database. In doing this one would;

Ability to edit the font size/colour of Vertical "Other Site" bar
the update on 16.11.17 made the vertical Name Bar for "Other Sites" in the diary very large, changed the colour and made the font bigger. We have a very large range of practitioners, so this change has made it very difficult for us to see appointments. If this cannot be changed, please include the ability to edit this locally - this has made dealing with the diary on a daily basis very frustrating
I have spoken to Rachael at Gensolve regarding this and she advised this feature suggestion is the only way to get this considered

SMS reminders with 3 business days' notice
Send sms appointment reminders automatically to clients, with an option to pick 1, 2 or 3 'Business days" notice, not just 3 days. Our practice offers appts between Mon to Fri and we have a cancellation policy of providing 2 business days' notice, as there is no one to action client calls or replies regarding cancelling appts over the weekend.

Keep forgetting to start the waiting list. Auto load at startup as an option will help my memory
