  1. Can we have a warning pop up box when booking overlapping appts for different client appts. Currently, a warning will only pop up if booking overlapping appts for the same client.

  3. be able to ad a clinical note from the diary page rather than having to go into client history or condition - ad the option to R click menu on the appointment. This would be particularly useful when calling clients to inform of test results, follow up phone calls etc

  4. When the letter has been created we then need to send it. Currently there is an email button but we use EDI. It would be good to have a send via EDI button alongside or instead of the email button.

  5. It would be very handy to have an extra option available on the appointment diary to show that a patient's status has been checked. When you right-click an appointment, you currently have the option to change the status to Arrived, With Practitioner, Completed, Cancelled or No Show.
    One reason this new feature would be beneficial is that we currently check the eligibility of patients to receive Medicare benefits for their treatments on a daily basis. This involves logging in to PRODA and inputting each patient's Medicare details and checking their eligibility.

    We are looking back at all Suggestions from previous years, as well as current Suggestions.

    A workaround you may wish to check out, is setting a ‘Highlight’ colour for all Client’s who are 65 and over, which would give you a visual in the header area.

    You could also create a Client Group for over 65 year old’s which could be used for reporting.

  12. Hi, our company has branches all over New Zealand. Our administration team has access to all sites on Gensolve. Can we get the option to colour-code different sites to make them easier to find? For example, if all Auckland Site tabs are blue, I can just glance over and quickly click on the blue tab I need.

  13. Is there a way that the outcome measures can be merged into a paragraph type field in a document template.

  14. You can create a .brp file when you Reconcile from QIF. It would be handy to be able to do it from the Reconcile Bank screen as well. Because sometimes you need to delete a bank rec (eg to to adjust a debtor receipt from ACC). And it would be useful to be able to create a 'back-up' of the bank rec before you delete it (ie a .brp file) so you can re-create the bank rec quickly once the adjustments are done. Thanks.

  15. Have had instances when appointments were signed off or completed without having the claim selected, which would end up not being sent out and ultimately get lost. Would be helpful to have it show as a different colour other than grey, to show that a claim has not been applied to the appointment yet.

It would be really useful to have a different type of block same as the "New Clinician Appointment" block that does not take up the space of an appointment, so that we can add possible admin blocks but if someone looks for appointment times online, that these times are available for them to use but if no one books online, it is just an information placeholder basically - eg for admin time or study time etc.

  17. Two recent improvements have been made in relation to ACC -
    *on Clinician Details - allows users to 'Override the Vendor' in relation to including GST when billing ACC amount
    *on Vendor settings 'ACC & Contract Settings' - provision for 'Show Liability Ledgers' in relation to Default ACC Schedule Revenue Ledger

    This works for businesses with employees but not as well for businesses with a team of Independent Contractors who are all responsible for their own taxes etc.

    A solution could be to include the ACC & Contract settings option on the Clinician Details>Other Settings along with the Billing Settings…

  18. My business treats memberships as liabilities until they are redeemed. Gensolve defaults memberships to sales. Currently the only way to remove memberships from sales to a liability ledger is by manual journal.
    *This could be solved by adding a field to the Client Membership Details form 'Show Liability Ledger' whereupon the user could choose where membership amounts are allocated.

    In my business, memberships are redeemed when the recipient uses an appointment with a practitioner (all of whom have unique service codes and ledger codes). This means another manual journal to allocate the value of the appointment from the membership ledger…

  19. From the accounts screen be able to remove no-show or cancellation charges rather than having to click through to the individual appointment. This would make it much easier to remove a cancellation fee if the clinician the client saw is no longer visible on the diary due to leaving the practise.

  20. When linking weekly class appointments to ACC claims there is a condition drop-down menu to select the condition to link to. However only the ACC45 number is visible. Having the diagnosis itself be visible as well would help people easily find claims for clients with multiple claims (i.e. if you are treating a client for ACC45 TN54166 and TN56139 and one is for a hamstring and the other is for concussion).
