Gensolve has embarked on a project to redesign and rebuild our booking portal system from scratch with your suggestions as well as our own ideas in mind.
We have engaged with market leading UI/UX designers to inspire the redesign of the booking portal to ensure we bring you the best product possible.
Some key improvements we have focused on include:
- Improving usability and reducing clicks
- Simplifying the pathway needed for a booking, including mandatory selection of modality (physio, chiro, exercise physio etc), location and type of appointment (new or follow up etc). If you don’t have more than one modality or location your clients are not presented with these choices.
- Adding custom filters for your clinical staff, e.g. shoulder specialist, senior clinician, pilates instructor. These are custom filters input by you.
- Client back end for managing appointments, payments and client details.
- Geotargeting for the closest location to your client.

Is the email reminder function up and running and if so can this auto add the appointment to a persons calendar 'accept invite'. Thanks

This would be a fantastic feature as I am consistently having to count the weeks back since post op using my desktop calendar!

especially to cover product sales when they are cash sales which is very difficult to work at the moment with the current system

Can you please look at this again. The Gensolve class booking system is very time consuming and admin heavy compared with other software systems.
1. patients should be able to book and cancel online
2 They should be able to see their own memberships and know when they are expiring
3. We should be able to enter people in multiple classes - ie block booking
4. It would be great to be able to copy the whole class into a different week or time.
