    It would be good to still have email notifications of appt confirmations going to the email address added to the Web Config but also to have email notifications sent to the specific clinicians with whom the booking is.

    As a suggestion could this be added to the Role under Front Office in the same way that Events are added ie a choice of access to Users Own Medical Notes with the options to view, create, edit, delete? And also to still keep the current Exams/Medical Notes under Client Access.

    This was added to the 6.1 release Dec 2016 and shows in the Release Notes "There is now a vendor setting to filter out “Pending for Approval” contracts when creating an insurer schedule."

    Mark's suggestion has been catered for at a Vendor level. Administration>Vendors>edit>ACC & Contract Settings, 'Allow Billing when Pending Approval' checkbox.

    If you had emailed support@gensolve.com you would have been given the following: Reports>Template Merge>Object Type to Merge = Condition>Add Mandatory Restriction = Insurer as well as = Has an appt>Get Matching Rows and then Export Rows to Excel>Run Merge

    You can use Events for what you are describing, however as Gensolve is not connected to your phone, it will not be able to pick up that you have made a phone nor what the phone call was regarding or to whom.
    Alternatively instead of Events, you can run the DNA and Cancellations Report in order to keep track

    This is currently catered for in Gensolve.
    Edit Client>lower right third of Client Details screen, there is an 'Include in Mailouts' checkbox.
    When creating a bulk email/mailshot under Reports>Template Merge, choose Mandatory Restriction 'Include in Mailout'>Is Equal To>Yes

    I believe I initially added this suggestion last year, and it looks like we have now catered for it.
    When booking a Contract Appt., the information in the Contract drop down for each Contract is showing more comprehensively.

    Currently, the Clinician with the most available appointments is ordered first and so on. Client's would like the ability to choose the order of Clinician's on the portal.

    The amount owing on an Invoice can be seen 1. under the Client>Accounts>Invoices. Invoice Total and Amount Owing columns and 2. hovering over the ! next to the Client name in the snapshot. A Statement can be created show the amount owing also.

    This is quite a common occurance with massage therapists. The added provider numbers should not be related in anyway to HICAPS, however if they could add perhaps 3 extra numbers that can have a text label against them.... ie Obscure Insurance : XXXXXXXX

    Travel diary entries should be entered as Clinician notes. They can then be billed to the Third party via 3P charges against the clients Accounts/Charges Tab. There is no need to enter a standard appointment for "out of consultatation" diary items.

    Many Third parties will request a quote before okaying work to be commenced. If the system had a ability to generate a quote based on hours, types of service charges etc etc that would address this issue.

    currently this is mostly done via a word doc or even excel.

    It has been asked to enable the ability to show the client names booked in a Class on the Web Application as well as the count, (2/10). Also, just as important, the ability to cancel or add clients to weekly classes.

    Practitioners often run Weekly Classes at locations which do not have internet access.

    Hi Trish
    When emailing a debtor's invoice, the debtor's email address already auto-populates if the address has been entered under the debtor details. However for Insurers, this is not the case. The request to have insurer's email addresses auto populating when sending insurer's schedules has already been suggested so you might like to add your vote to the suggestion "Insurers email address to populate when emailing schedule invoice" so that you will then be kept in the loop if the developers post any comments on it.
