Contract Appointments - show more Contract information to distinguish
A number of Gensolve clients work mainly with Contracts.
They have Contract clients who have multiple Contracts using the same Contract number and often have the same Status.
They are differentiated in the Contract Details by Purchase Order.
However when creating the Contract appointment, there is no differentiation showing for the user, so they do not know which Contract to choose in the Contract drop down.
This has been a very important issue for assessment.

Absolutely keen for this suggestion to advance. This is affecting a number of our clinicians who are working with clients who have multiple contracts. A real time waster having to bounce in and out of contracts to ensure you choose the right one.
If it were possible to raise an appointment from within the contract, too, that would also be helpful. Trying to fit all the required information into a pick list is tricky, so this could be an alternative that works just as well.

I believe I initially added this suggestion last year, and it looks like we have now catered for it.
When booking a Contract Appt., the information in the Contract drop down for each Contract is showing more comprehensively.

Yes please, we have so many clinicians choosing the incorrect contract when making appointments so they are linked to the incorrect P O number which is then sent to ACC. I try to complete appointments as soon as i can to try to avoid this but often there are multiple P O numbers that are active for the same client at a time especially with regards different equipment items.
