    You can find the HealthLink records for a client by going to their details page where along the top you will see a tab called Healthlink which means that you do not have to click through Notes.

    You can now specify colours on a Custom Contract Type. Any related appointments for that contract type will show in that colour on the appointment book. This was included in the Release in June

    Clients would like to have the the ability to add a surcharge or percentage which will calculate the surcharge on the Payments page when selecting Credit Card as the payment type when creating a payment for any charge, whether for appt or classes or products

    The main Gensolve application requires an internet connection. The offline option is only available to view the appointment book for example, - normal functionality is not possible in this mode.

    The alternative in the event of power or internet outage, is the use of the Web View application which you can use on any browser, such as your smartphone and allows for the ability to view, create and delete appointments along with other functions. The Web View version of Gensolve is being developed continuously and going forward, will include the ability to create/view Medical Notes.

    When internet outage, there is the ability to access the appointment book view via the 'web view' which can be accessed on any browser/smart phone.

    We are reviewing all current and historical feature requests.

    As mentioned previously, you can enter the actual amount paid manually by overriding the $ amount showing in the Received column on the right when in the Create Payment screen.

    If there are issues around entering part payments for Debtor Invoices created under the Accounting Form, which have multiple items, please contact our Support Team by submitting a ticket or by emailing support@gensolve.com

    Cannot specify which item is being paid if there are several items in a Debtor invoice although can enter a lesser amount

    You can enter the actual amount paid manually by overriding the $300 showing in the received column on the right when in the Create Payment page

    Full request is "Currently the Xero import shows 'invoice number, line number, client name', but we would prefer the description to include Claim Number and Contract Type and to have the Charge Code as the Item please"
