I would like to be able to adjust medical reports to include different data based on what I need in the report.
I need to run medical notes for an onsite client so that they can see (with consent) what treatment is being provided. It would be easiest and more flexible to be able to chose from a checklist what information I would want to be included. I could then run different reports depending on what was wanted to be shown. Alternatively, reports that showed prognosis, job roles, number of treatments to date and treatment summary would be beneficial (but still restrictive).

Would like the tick box option for invoicing payments; this is when patient has booked months ahead.

Discharge Condition Dates
When Discharging a condition, for a patient that has multiple condition (Podiatry, Insured) - all conditions are entered the same, with only a new start date.
If we don't discharge the old condition before entering the new condition, at a later time when going through the discharge screen, there is no possible way to tell which condition we are discharging.Adding a Date Created to the discharge screen would solve this problem.

Instead of having to click ok with the mouse could there be a hotkey on the keyboard to accept ie: F12???

Unticking physios
When I upload a new admin system user every physio who works for the company appears in the diary. I then have to go through and untick each one who works at another clinic individually. This is very time consuming when we have five clinics to do. Is there a way to remove them as a group from the diary?

"Attributed to" on product sales as a mandatory entry field.
We use Attributed to as a way to record sales by staff - mainly physios but often it is admin that enters those sales, so if they leave it blank or we attribute by default to the logged in user it skews the reporting. By making it a mandatory entry field the admin team would be forced to think, who sold this product.

See method of payment when hovering over appointment
When hovering over a particular patient's appointment on the day they have been in, it would be great if we could see how they paid for their treatment, ie cash, eftpos. It already comes up 'invoiced' if we invoice them, so to save going into the Accounts tab to see how they paid this would be very handy.

Icon colours on Windows taskbar
Can you please consider making
Mainform and Accounting sections of Gensolve
to have different colour Icons on the windows taskbar?
Eg Mainform -Blue Gensolve Icon
Accounting - Red Version of Gensolve Icon
So that switching to the correct part of Gensolve is done quickly and without selecting the wrong one all the time then having to select the other one. Colour woudl easily distinguish them.

Ability to add a debtors vendor number field onto invoices
We have some debtors that require a vendor number on their invoices from us. currently this has to be put in the Country field of the debtors address to get this to appear. It would be better to have its own field that appears on invoices and statements please.

outcome measures
Outcomes are not able to be recorded post treatment within a session. For example if your reassessment sign is forward flexion, there is no way of recording the response to treatment based on that objective measure.

Spinal ROM Measures
I have previously requested that the spinal clinical notes include a ROM measure other than the movement diagram. It is no good for us to be reporting back to referrers with a diagram, we need an actual measure (degrees, fingertips to floor etc). If you are not able to add these measures to the movement diagram could there be another selection of measurement? Choose movement diagram or degrees??

Template fields.
SAW & FRP and any other standard ACC forms commonly used to have all template fields filled by expert Gensolve staff for users to download. Saves incompetent people like myself hrs and tears trying to get these forms to work. Please, please1 vote -

Pop up alert when logging in
We get a Pop up alert when logging in which notifies us of the restricted hours that we can access Gensolve. This has been set by our administrator and we are aware of the times. Is it possible to stop this pop up alert as it comes up every time we log in, it would be better to have the pop up when we are close to the restriction as opposed to daily.
