Would like an expiry date for pension card
With pension cards also being for health care cards it would be really help full to have an expiry date. With Covid clients were given a pension card that will expire and not be renewed.

Include appointment charge for all Debtors (not just client) on DNA and Cancellations Report
Currently the DNA and Cancellations Report only shows an appointment charge when the charge is to the client. It would be helpful for the charge to show when it is for all Debtors.

Entitlement (concession) Number to transfer to patient record
When patients complete the custom personal details form the entitlement (concession) number doesn't transfer across to the patient record as there is no code for this. Can a code be done to allow this to happen automatically like the Medicare number does?

Client Multiple payment receipts should have a receipt #.
Clients often want one receipt for all treatment received and not individual receipts. Some health funds or NDIS require the receipt number for claiming.
Client multiple payment receipts from Gensolve to not show the receipt number so they cannot be used for claiming and thus we need to send individual receipts.

Have the ability to archive/hide client files
It would be great to be able to archive or hide client names no longer required- the list would be shorter, more easily searched which would save time.
To follow on with an archive list- create an archive report for auditing purposes.Work around is to add zz to the surname which pushes the client name to the bottom of the list.

Emails sent through gensolve to reflect the person who is logged in - instead of the alphabetical order
When sending an email through gensolve, that the sender is automatically who is logged in and not the order it shows which is currently in alphabetical order.

In patient file has a communication tab where all telephone communication can be recorded - ie. for insurance patients/home care patients. Easy access, date recorded journal

Loyalty Points
Patients can sign up to be a loyalty member. This will give them special deals such as birthday specials, xmas specials, easter specials and so on. They will get X amount of points for every $X (you can adjust or change this) they spend. Once they reach XX points they either get a gift voucher to spend on whatever they want in the clinic or they get a free treatment.

Take admin reporting service charges off reminders
Our company charges for reporting/admin time for certain clients. We have these specific charges entered into Gensovle. However clients are getting reminded of these bookings even though it isn't an actual appointment but a paid reporting time. It would be nice if we could opt out of reminders for these specific charges?

3rd party email addresses
can we enter all email addresses for a 3rd party to choose from when we send invoices to them rather than typing them in each time...or linked so when we send email from their file it automatically comes up

hide charges
To be able to hide 3rd party charges in a client appointment. Clinicians only need to see the cost the patient has to pay for their appointment not what a 3rd party might pay towards it.
