Identify and report on inactive clients
We need a way to identify and report only our current clients. I understand we can 'highlight' a client using a defined colour but what we require is the ability to record that a client has left our centre, when they left and report on this information

Itemisation of 'Rate per hour' and 'GST' on invoices
At the moment invoices just have a column which states the total amount of each item charge. It would be good to have extra columns which specify the rate per hour and GST component of each item charge. This is especially useful for corporate invoicing when we bill at an agreed hourly rate for the service.
