  2. When a third party debtor has been billed on behalf of a client (e.g. WorkCover), it doesn't show the warning icon that there is an outstanding amount linked to this client. It is useful to know on first glance if there is anything owing or not, regardless if the patient owes or a third party owes.

  3. Make selecting providers for the autoscheduler dependent on the site selected - ie providers linked to that site only show rather than the whole list of providers for the Vendor showing at each site.

In the Template Merge area of Reports I would like to see when using 'Has an Event' as the search tool statement 'not true' that you can 'Restrict to Events' and use a 'due from' with two date options. The 'Due as at' limits it to that day only but if I want to see what's in for the next month or from that date on I can't as it currently only selects that day. 'Created From' is not what I want either as it is only relevant to when it was created not when it is actually due. Please…

  8. Include Schedule Charges in Contract Summary Report

    Currently the Contract Summary Report which is used widely, does not include Schedule Invoicing/charges, only Back End invoicing.

    It would be great to include both available forms of invoicing for Contract Types in this one Summary Report.

Referred by field in condition, currently defaults to the patients GP if there is one in the patient details page - Could this be made a optional choice for businesses in the Vendor or site settings rather than compulsory as it means admin often see the field has info in it and don't check that it is the correct doctor who referred, providing false statistics for referrals.

  11. .Morning, im looking at unpaid acc appointments, when i look at client appointments, the appointment history is not showing the schedule number or bill status, are we able to make this happen??The Clinical Services Contract Schedule/billing info currently don't link through to the Appointments tab. could you please allow this as its really handy , its a quick way to check acc has been paid out on certain patients

  14. The ability to fill a 'Misc. Bank Transaction' entry once and have the option for this automatically pop up according to period selected (weekly / monthly, etc) and all one has to do is confirm or cancel.
    Or the ability to fill in an Misc. bank transaction' and select it as a 'recurring transaction' which can be later accessed through a 'drop down' list. Apply any alterations required and confirm (save).
    Transaction Ledger options need to include Current Accounts.

    Can it please allow option to default to Day with all providers showing

  16. Could the Template Fields documents include the name of the associated field. As an example, the Injury Type field in the Client Conditions Details entry form has a merge field title of <<ReadCodesNames>>. I was only able to identify this merge field after submitting a support call.

In the Letter Templates related to the Condition, it would be helpful having past appointments listed as individual merge fields, similar to what is currently available with future appointments. For example, currently it is possible to report on all future appointments by using template merge fields "FutureAppointment1" (and so on up to ten appointments); with past appointments only initial appointment and last appointment are available. It would be great if past appointments were available in the same format as future appointments - "PastAppointment1" (and so on up to ten, depending on how difficult it is to program this).   19. We would like the failed to attend phone calls to be registered so we can see that they have been made and when they haven't. It stops people falling out of our system and the manual checking is too labour intensive.
