  1. Insurers are now preferring email invoices and require the patient's claim number in the subject line. There is not an option to have the claim number in the Email templates, we are manually putting it in.

  2. Recall reminder tick option on notes, with optional time lag (eg. 1 month, 1 year etc....), and brief description.

    At present one has to create leave notes, and create an event, etc....

    A simple opt in tick box with time/date could be very very helpful.

  3. We currently run a report which tells us how many patients we see from each referral source however we would like to be able to see the total dollar value of each referral source category.

  4. Ability for Gensolve to be able to access My Health record. This would allow clinicians to be able to see radiology reports, medications prescribed, hospital discharge summaries, specialist reports all in one location freeing up admin time from having to contact separate entities.

    IS there anyway you can prevent e-schedules being sent out until the contract is approved.
    There is a setting that has it so it waits until the contract is completed but our situation is:
    - We get a referral and need to write a plan, this needs approved before billing can happen.
    - All the apts start getting pushed through once completed but if they get billed then they just get held or declined creating back and forwards.
    - Once we get approval we switch the contract status from ‘pending approval’ to ‘approved’

  7. It would be great to action an upload to a user. Therefore if we upload a specialist letter etc we can action it to the relevant clinician to view and they can document that it has been viewed.

  11. Would it be possible to attach a room/rooms to a clinician’s appointment schedule. For example we have clinicians who do sessions in the clinic gym where they are unable to see clients who require hands on treatment or where Physio’s see clients at an off-site location (a workplace, or school) – these tend to be regular days/times.
    At the moment we have to make clinician appointments, showing where they are, then slot in the client appointments alongside those. If we could attach a room to the schedule and have a banner down the side of that area of the appointment…

  13. When a Healthlink message is received, use the client details within the Healthlink message to search for a client, then create a new client. For example, the phone number, address, email and NHI number could all be copied from the Healthlink message which would save re-entering them.

  15. Ability to quickly see number of consultations at top of each practitioner column is useful to get an overall idea of bookings day to day & week to week for the practice & individual practitioners. We can get this info from reports but a quick look is easier for practitioners.

  16. When sending out a text reminder, have a link in it they can click which will auto update it to their calendar with for e.g. a 4 hr calendar reminder which goes off, which will further improve attendance

  20. We are using the feature of linking an event to a client, which is great, we press the E beside the client's name - and it's a nice shortcut through to the client. We would like to have the same functionality for linking to the contract. The contract area is more meaningful for us to link to as it gives us the due dates, the med notes report, etc etc, so if we could choose to link to a contract, then this would save us a lot of time.
