  2. When putting your business on Google- eg for Google Maps- you can choose to select your business as a "transgender safe space". I feel I cannot do that for my business, as there are only female and male options available when patients book in online. Even a third option of "I d rather not say" or "Other" would be preferable

    Regarding the Gender field when registering on the online booking portal.
    This is no longer mandatory, – this was included in our January 2019 Release.

  3. Create an upload tab for staff/ clinician records so all APCs and relevant records can be stored and accessed by admin staff. We are increasingly being asked for staff related records and storing them centrally in Gensolve would make more sense.

    To update, there is the option to create your staff as ‘Employees’ under the Accounting form, which includes a Letters and Uploads tab.

    Also there is Front Office>Reference Files.

  5. Sometimes it is hard to remember a client's surname - but easy to remember first name. It would be great if the search function were set up to search by first name, then surname, so that if you forget their surname - you plug in 'Jo' and then the options come up: "Jo Bloggs" "Jo Blow" "Jo Watson" ...

    We are looking back at all Suggestions from previous years, as well as current Suggestions.

    When searching a Client via the Client drop down search, the Client’s ‘known as’ name will show.

    When searching via ‘Find Client’ under the ‘Client’ menu, both name and known as name can be searched, whether just the first name or the full name.

  6. Set the permissions to allow a clinicians to see the revenue paid report for their user access only. This will allow us to streamline payments and give the clinicians details of what has been billed under each invoice number.

    We are working through both current and historical feature requests.

    It is now possible, when creating a User Access Role, to include ‘Users Own Provider’ for certain Reports which includes the Clinician Revenue Paid Report.

    This will restrict Users/Clinician’s to their own data.

    This feature already exists and can be found via Front Office → Claim Reviews.

    Select the ‘Show Conditions Due’ option to view all client conditions with 12 or more treatments that are eligible for a Claim Review.

  8. Our business message bank advises us the phone numbers of callers who do not leave a message. It would be great if we could search clients by their phone numbers so then we would know who we were ringing.

  11. We used to be able to delete a Medicare transaction from the reconciliation list if it did not go through. Now it ends up in the list and we have to reprocess the medicare payment manually as it is already in the reconciliations, listed as paid and can't be deleted. OR I have to reconcile it, go the the takings history and delete it from there. This is a longer process and more room for error. Bring back the delete option in the reconciliation list please.

  12. It would be great if Gensolve would automatically update the clinicians hours in the webportal when changes are made to their appointment schedule.

    At the moment once you have made a diary change you have to remember to also add the changes to via the web configuration button to change the dairy on the web portal.

    This is an existing feature whereby when creating the Appt Schedule there is the ability to have it Web Enabled at the same time.

  13. The payment transaction is very long winded. There is a lot of clicking this and clicking that to get to each part. The payment process is very long winded. There is a lot of clicking buttons to get to each part and the process takes longer. When a patient is in pain and they have to stand there waiting it can make them irritated.

    Thanks for the request, there is already a short cut for this area. Once the client name is in the snapshot at the top, use the $ icon to create the payment

  14. Pulling cell phone number information into letter generation for clients; as most people just use cell phones these days and not home numbers, so henceforth every time a letter is generated for a client I.E a referral letter, their cell number has to be copy and pasted into the letter has been generated as no number is pulled as 90% of people no longer use home numbers.

    Hi, for Client letter templates in addition to the «ClientPhone» you can use the merge field «ClientMobile».

  15. Once the pop up for PT14 at 12 treatments comes up - have an options box for clinician to opt out/in with clinical reason (for those who meet ACC criteria etc.). For clinics to be able to filter those needing PT14 more easily

    There is an option under the Condition>Appts Used tab now whereby you can determine if the Claim does not require a Claim Review.

    This is an existing feature/check box under the Other Settings tab per System User whereby when creating a new event action, the Event defaults to yourself.

  18. When processing a payment.
    The "Payment site" does not match the transaction/appointment site and must manually be changed (unless it is the Vendor "home site")
    It does not automatically update to site of the appointment. It doesn't automatically update to the site tab selected.

    This seems to me to be a bug, but apparently support says it isn't and therefore requires voting upon to integrate this basic user interface improvement...

  19. when creating an event, the default in to the drop down menu to action to is 'nobody'.
    if you forget to change this and press send the message is 'lost' (granted it can be found through other means but this is time consuming).
    if default was 'yourself' then at least the person who created the event can re-capture the message and action to the correct location.
