Search for clients under cell phone number or surname
Currently can only search for clients with a surname, sometimes it would be easier to search with a cellphone number of date of birth.
1 voteThis feature is a great one and already exists. Clients can be searched using other criteria such as phone numbers or dates of birth via our Find Client screen using Ctrl+F. Our Support Centre link has more information here:

All payments do not show in 'Accounts' tab. Why do we have to go to 'Charges' to see what was pd on a specific date ?
We have a system where our patients pay an extra $20 on 1st appt which is held in their a/c to be used if they DNA. I checked today in 'Accounts' and found only 1 payment of $40 where in fact the patient paid $40 and $20 DNA. I had to go into 'Charges' to find she HAD pd the extra $20 to be used on her last appt, IF she showed to all of her appts. When in 'Accounts' down in Items Paid it doesn't show the extra $20 she paid on the same day as the $40? The…

Being able to select which text you wish to sent do a patient
Having a selection of SMS messages that can be sent eg, if a provider is unwell, if a client DNA's or a reminder that a client owes $$$$ would be extremely useful
1 voteThank you for the request. SMS Templates can already be created for different scenarios.
Follow this GPM Support Centre link to see the steps to create new SMS Templates: http://docs.gensolve.com/help/gpm_nz/desktop/Videos/Administration/How_to_Create_an_SMS_Template_for_Reminders.htm
Messages can be created either per client (right click on appointment or edit Client Details) or per day (using the Reminders button) and then select the appropriate template.

An alert for clients who owe money
Automatic alert
1 voteThanks for the request, we have an existing feature that displays an alert like this already. For example, when viewing the client in the header snapshot area, a warning icon appears next to the client name when amounts are owing. Hover over the warning to show the list of outstanding items.
Alternatively the Aged Debtors report can be run to view all outstanding amounts: docs.gensolve.com/help/gpm_nz/desktop/Built-In_Reports/Accounting_Form/Debtors_and_Creditors/Aged_Debtor.htm
Or a client statement batch: docs.gensolve.com/help/gpm_nz/desktop/Videos/Billing_and_Payments/How_to_Create_a_Client_Statement.htm

Expiry date for EPN contract needs to be excluded. There is no expiry date for Claims on ACC unused 32 conditions since 31/03/2018.
Expiry date for physio patients on EPN have no expiry date. Please enable this feature. Even patient returning now after a year and commencing treatment under unused ACC32 numbers are restricted by expiry date. ACC32 should only be warned and needed on 48 treatment, not on 12 month expiry. 12 Month expiry is non existent. It has note been since 31/08/2018.

Dietetic initial appointments to default to 40mins so it does not have to be changed manually each time
At present out initial Dietetic service code is set to 40mins but does not default to that when making appointment. It has to be changed manually every time which can lead to errors

Account Holder and Family Members
Parents should be account holders for their children so when invoiced the parent or guardian is invoice rather than a child - this is a requirement in NZ. If you have to chase debt you cannot chase it if it's a child and its good to have family members all under umbrella. Makes for speedier entering if family members are already in the system as well

Medicare symbol to be more obvious after claiming
Could the Medicare Symbol be displayed on the appointment slot in a more consistent way?
Maybe straight down the most right hand side?
And stand out more somehow. Brighter colour maybe?
The dollar signs are so easy to see but Medicare isnt.Basically so its easier to see who has been missed being submitted
1 voteHi, Thanks for the feedback. We have used the Medicare symbol and made it the same size as the other icons that appear.
We would like to know what you would like to see in its place.

Ability to relate an uploaded item to client condition
To be able to when uploading for example a specialist letter to relate it with the correct condition. Some clients have numerous conditions and this would make it easier to find which letters relate to which condition.
1 voteThis feature is a great one and already exists.
You can upload files directly to a Client Condition by editing the Client Condition and using the Letters & Uploads tab from there (instead of from the Client Details area)
There is a tick box that you can use to ‘Show for this client condition only’.

Linking Family Members
We often have families coming in and have to imput all the information for everyone. It would be good to be able to link the family with addresses, numbers etc or have them on a option together. Especially when it is minor dependants.

Contact Details Tab
It would be good once you have entered a clients details that you could then click on Contact Details and then click new to add that client's employer details, e.g. Mangager, however at the moment you have to save clients details, go out of their, edit the client and then go and enter the details.
0 votesHi
We are reviewing not only current but all historical feature requests.
When creating a Client, the Employer can be created within the Client Details rather than the Contact Details and Saved.
Please send any questions re the above to our Support Team by submitting a ticket or by emailing support@gensolve.com

The ability to list multiple specialists in the patient information screen.
This to be coded as well so that these details can then be prepopulated in letters.
1 voteHI, Great thinking. We have the ability to add in a different referrer to each condition that the patient comes in for. Depending on what letter template you choose you can select the Referrer on the Patient Card or the one on the condition.
Please contact support@gensovle.com and they will be able to point you in the right direction. -
On daily appointment schedule place a tag or ID if a patient has an SMS txt reminder scheduled
On the daily appointment schedule there should be a tag or ID if a patient has an SMS txt reminder scheduled and is there a way to include an ID if the SMS txt has been sent. This would avoid having to go to Front Office and searching
1 voteIf an SMS has been scheduled for X amount of hours prior to the appointment and it has been successfully sent a black tick will appear on the left if the appointment. If it was not successful a black cross will appear it none at all have been sent for this appointment then it will have no icon.

Online Booking updating clinician hours
It would be great if Gensolve would automatically update the clinicians hours in the webportal when changes are made to their appointment schedule.
At the moment once you have made a diary change you have to remember to also add the changes to via the web configuration button to change the dairy on the web portal.
2 votesHi
This is an existing feature whereby when creating the Appt Schedule there is the ability to have it Web Enabled at the same time.
If there are any questions around this area please submit a ticket to Support or email our Support team on support@gensolve.com

Clarity in online booking
with online bookings, once a clinician is chosen, the service options available to pick from should only include services that the clinician offers
1 voteThis feature is a great one and already exists.
Check out the “Advanced Appointment Settings per Clinician” area on this Support Centre link http://docs.gensolve.com/help/gpm_nz/desktop/Processes/Appointment_Booking_Web_Portal/Setting_Up_Service_Charges_for_the__Web_Portal_.htm
It shows you the steps on how you can achieve this already. -
A NO SHOW appointment that does not affect online booking
It would be extremely useful to have the NO SHOW cancellation appointment not block out the space for anyone looking to book online. We sometimes have patients that cancel on the day and our policy is that if it is within 12 hours of the apt then it is a NO SHOW, so if some cancels at 8am for a 3:30pm apt on that day, it becomes a NO SHOW as it needs to be counted against the patients apts seen or not but we would like this apt. space to be available when someone wants to book online.
1 votePlease also note that the appointment must be marked as No Show more than 15 minutes in advance of the appointmnet in order for it to become available for online booking.
