Revert patient back to website after online booking
Once a patient has made their online booking it would be great to have them diverted back to our company website. Look forward to seeing if this can be done!

Gensolve has embarked on a project to redesign and rebuild our booking portal system from scratch with your suggestions as well as our own ideas in mind. We have engaged with market leading UI/UX designers to inspire the redesign of the booking portal to ensure we bring you the best product possible.
Some key improvements we have focused on include:
- Improving usability and reducing clicks
- Simplifying the pathway needed for a booking, including mandatory selection of modality (physio, chiro, exercise physio etc), location and type of appointment (new or follow up etc). If you don’t have more than one modality or location your clients are not presented with these choices.
- Adding custom filters for your clinical staff, e.g. shoulder specialist, senior clinician, pilates instructor. These are custom filters input by you.
- Client back end for managing appointments, payments and client details.
- Geotargeting for the closest location to your client.

Classes - Have the ability to bulk book online
As most people attending a class are attending the same class regularly it would be great if you could include the feature of allowing bulk booking.
EG the client can book the 9am class every Tue for X weeks to secure their spot.
The ability for them to log in and see their bookings and cancel out would also be beneficial in this regard.

Block unwanted clients from online bookings
Sometimes we have clients who present themselves as undesirable persons to let into our clinic (indecent exposure, sexual assault, fail to pay etc). I would dearly love an option to block them from booking online. I currently use highlights to alert us to such persons but to stop their ability to book online would assist us in keeping them out of our system.
Thanks heaps

Online booking - discrete identifier in confirmation email subject line
Hi Guys,
Our receptionist brought up a small issue with the GPM web booking system, which I thought might be an easy fix.
Here’s the problem: when clients book a new appointment, they get sent a confirmation email, which gets Bcc’d to reception. However, our receptionists use Gmail’s “Conversation View” to manage their inbox, and under this system, emails with the same subject line get grouped together – so all web bookings end up ‘hiding’ behind each other and are easily overlooked in a busy reception context.
The simplest solution seems to be to put some sort of unique identifier…1 voteHi

Online Booking - separate the "book a class" section of the online booking portal?
Is it possible to separate the book a class section of the online booking portal?
The reason I ask is we’ve set up our pilates classes so that clients have to complete a ‘fundamentals’ session before they’re allowed to book classes (for their own safety… and the sanity of their instructor ;-). Plus the information we need to convey to clients before booking a class is quite different to that of a physio client.
It'd be much easier for us (and more intuitive for the clients) to do this through separate pages.

GPM Practitioner Online Bookings - Email Notifications (to relevant practitioner booked)
Could we please request the need for an email to be sent to the applicable practitioner that has had a booking made using the GPM Online Booking Portal.
This would be particularly beneficial notifying practitioners out of hours that they have had a booking made to their schedule.7 votesTo update, Gensolve has embarked on a project to redesign and rebuild our booking portal system from scratch with your suggestions as well as our own ideas in mind. Online payment gateway
With online booking up and running the next step would be able to integrate into a online payment gateway i.e. PayPal or for Gensolve to have the ability to take payment online with a third party. Similar functions are available on timely i.e. http://help.gettimely.com/article/255-working-with-paypal

Send SMS to clinician when online booking is made
When a new online booking is made, the clinician with whom the booking is made should be able to be notified by SMS. This is most useful, for example, when a booking is made overnight for early the next morning. The therapist may not know that they now have an early patient and may miss the appointment, leading to all sorts of problems.

Add abandoned shopping cart feature.
When prospects go to our site to book, currently there is no way of tracking the ones that dont complete the booking. We have a conversion rate of 20% of people that go the booking page actually go on to book an appointment. It would be great to get there email sent to us, saying Joe bloggs signed up to book an appointment but didnt actually make one. Then we(our clinic or Gensolve) could send them an email saying, "whoops, sorry we see you didnt book....."
stats from google suggest that its would be reasonablke to suggest that we could…

Contract appointments
Team,
IS there anyway you can prevent e-schedules being sent out until the contract is approved.
There is a setting that has it so it waits until the contract is completed but our situation is:
- We get a referral and need to write a plan, this needs approved before billing can happen.
- All the apts start getting pushed through once completed but if they get billed then they just get held or declined creating back and forwards.
- Once we get approval we switch the contract status from ‘pending approval’ to ‘approved’
- If we can get an…19 votes -
Dollar value 'pop up' for online bookings
When choosing a treatment to book online, clients have suggested it would be useful for the corresponding dollar value of the treatment chosen to pop up so they can make an informed decision about booking or not.
