  2. When we do a patient search can there a be a link between the patients known by name and given name, currently if you search for patient by given name it will not link it to their known by name

  3. This would allow a No Delete Option for User Access Roles such as Clinicians. This would prevent malicious deleting of forward bookings in the appointment book.

    This feature is a great one and already exists. The option to allow deletion of Client Appointments can be selected in the User Access Role under the Client Access heading.

  4. Be able to restrict service charges to clinician type. This would be great for multidisciplinary clinics who offer a number of allied health services. E.g. Being able to restrict service charges to 'Physiotherapists' 'Exercise Physiologists' or 'Massage Therapists' or 'All Clinician Types'

  5. Our business message bank advises us the phone numbers of callers who do not leave a message. It would be great if we could search clients by their phone numbers so then we would know who we were ringing.

    Hi there

    We are checking out both historical and current feature requests and updating information for requesters.

    The Appointment Service Charge Detail report includes an Appt Duration column which shows the duration of the appointment in minutes.

  7. It would be great to have the option to be able to change the date of the invoice when creating invoice, rather than having to go into the client's folder, in their accounts and then change the date from there.

  8. Possibly in the General Health section. We could write down there that they've purchased a theraband, dumbell, trigger point ball etc, so when planning programs for them we can easily check what equipment they have and what more they will need. Especially helpful if they don't gym.

  9. Create an upload tab for staff/ clinician records so all APCs and relevant records can be stored and accessed by admin staff. We are increasingly being asked for staff related records and storing them centrally in Gensolve would make more sense.

    To update, there is the option to create your staff as ‘Employees’ under the Accounting form, which includes a Letters and Uploads tab.

    Also there is Front Office>Reference Files.

  12. I wonder if these dialogue boxes could be removed - there isn't an option for 'cancel' it's a forced 'ok' that you have to hit, so I'm not sure what function they serve and it really interrupts operating quickly as they pop up all the time.

  14. Set the permissions to allow a clinicians to see the revenue paid report for their user access only. This will allow us to streamline payments and give the clinicians details of what has been billed under each invoice number.

    We are working through both current and historical feature requests.

    It is now possible, when creating a User Access Role, to include ‘Users Own Provider’ for certain Reports which includes the Clinician Revenue Paid Report.

    This will restrict Users/Clinician’s to their own data.

    Under Administration>Service Charges, edit the Initial Service Charge and change the setting:

    “When booking subsequent appointments”

    to be “Add a Different Charge”

    Now select the Follow Up service charge.

    We are checking out both current and historical feature requests.

    To update, for those not aware, there is the ability to save Healthlink attachments to the Client’s Uploads area.

    This applies to attachments only not standalone Healthlink messages.

    The Upload can then be emailed to the Client using the Gensolve emailer function.

    When running the Products to Reorder report, this can be restricted by Manufacturer and/or Product Group.
