<<ReferrerClinicName>> merge field missing from Condition and Condition Exam
Please add <<ReferrerClinicName>> merge field to the templates.
It is necessary for the clinic name to come through to letters from the Referral/Condition. It is not always appropriate for the GPClinicName mergefield to be in the letter, as that comes from the patients file and may be different to the referrer.

Multiple Payment Receipt
The dates on this Multiple Payment receipt are incorrect, they are not the payment dates but the appointment date. This should be an easy amendment in the scripting, please amend.

Confirmation of letters sent
When i send letters to be sent by reception staff there's no way for them to confirm its been actioned on the client's history/file.
So when you review letters, its just not actioned to anyone anymore but doesn't say its actually been sent.
If there was a little icon to click on the uploads/letter box, or that is automatically marked when marked "completed" that would be awesome.2 votes -
Class Lists in Alphabetical Order for ease of Identification
Our weekly exercise class bookings list attendees in a random order (it seems). It would be helpful for identification purposes e.g. individual payment entries, if the clients were automatically listed in ALPHABETICAL order when they are added / deleted. thanks

Cancellation and No Show fee is able to be at 50% of cost
Is it possible to make cancellation and no show fees 50% of appointment cost rather than full cost?

Text box feature on bottom of receipts for Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policies have to be well advertised prior to implementation and we would like to add a small text box to the bottom of our receipts to advise patients of the current cancellation policy. This text box is currently available for invoices but not receipts. It could be used for many purposes e.g. communicating shut down times over Christmas etc.

Auto populate templates into new client contracts
It would be great in the contract set up to be able to attach common templates like client consent forms so when you create a client contract the consent form would automatically upload into letters and uploads

Integration With Cliniq Apps
Clinic Apps is an an awesome program that integrates with Practice management software. It does automatic client interactions, such as automatically sends a welcome email or SMS when a new client books in, automatically sends an email confirmation/reminder, automatically sends out client feedback when you choose, automatically recalls clients whos last appointment was more and a certain period of time so you can check in with them and nurture them. There are many other great features that makes interacting with client so much easier and automated to reduce workload. It also has some great business statistics, and KPIs.

In the severity/nature section can you add "both" as an option to inflam, mechanical, other as often it is both.
Please add the option of Both in the section on Nature as currently there is only inflam, mechanical or other and often it is both.

Are you sure you want to Cancel your Clinical Note?
When writing a clinical note, if the cancel button is pressed, introduce a pop-up window that asks if you're sure you want to cancel your clinical note?

It would be great if an Event is automatically created following a Merge. (this feature is already setup for emails and texts)
After doing a letter merge with a template, we now have to go back into each patient file and add an event that a letter has been sent - very time consuming.

When appointment is cancelled with a reason (eg. unwell with details written in) could this be sent to clinicians to do list to keep track of clients who need to be followed up

one touch private health / gap payments
it would be great if the application was able to store (with consent) patient private health / credit card details, such that for review consultations patients have an option to just confirm the same mode of payment as used at their initial consultation, and the system then does the rest.
Ideally it would work similarly to the way a retail website can remember my name, credit card details and delivery address, enabling one-click ordering. this would save frustrated patients queuing to pay and reduce admin workload.5 votes -
With Medicare cards, it would be good to have a spot to put the expiry date in
Add in a spot where we can put in Patients medicare expiry date- most often medicare rebate fails because the patn has a new card.

Ability to flag an appointment as a home visit so the SMS reminder is different
Ability to flag an appointment as a Home Visit. This enables the SMS autoschedule to use a Home Visit SMS template. This avoids confusion so they don't get an SMS saying their appointment is at the site location.

Dietetic initial appointments to default to 40mins so it does not have to be changed manually each time
At present out initial Dietetic service code is set to 40mins but does not default to that when making appointment. It has to be changed manually every time which can lead to errors
