Add a Refund report OR Add refund option to Client Payments report
We would like to be able to track refunds that have been processed. Currently, we can view them within the Client Payments Report, however trying to find them within the many processed payments is not efficient. I have tried exporting to Excel and filtering but the way it exports (merged cells etc) means filtering by payment is not possible - I have to copy the data and paste it into a new spreadsheet, and then I can filter the data to see only the refunds.

Calculating productive and non productive hours through appointments
We are trying to calculate and report on the daily productive hours for a clinician ie having the daily hrs. in the appointment calendar reflect appointments only. We have added additional appointment types for the clinical to select ie emails, lunch, training etc. What we are trying to achieve to report how the clinician's day is made up and underpinning salary/bonus structure. If a clinician is showing 60% productivity but spent 10% training, 10% on IT Downtime, the clinician should not be disadvantaged. Having this feature would allow a more granular approach in assessing true productivity.

A report showing unused appointments allocated
There is a section in the conditions where we enter the number of approved sessions. If we can create a report that shows all the remainder appointments (unused)? Weekly, monthly, daily selection to show unused appointments? This will make it easier for us to keep track on clients who haven't rebook however still have approval on file. Thank you.

Ability to resize Gensolve windows
Please allow us to resize the windows when entering purchases and patient appointments.
This would allow us to see more than a few rows of information at one time.
Maximising the window makes the visibility of the rows worse. Some then are hidden completely.1 vote -
Inactive Patient
Create a tick box and 'reason for inactivation', that allows us to inactivate a patient. This would allow us to pull a report for how many active patients we have, also to be able to report on reasons why patients are inactive.

Scroll bar on side to easily move top to bottom for better vision of screen
We have all different sizes of screens and the therapist usually have a much smaller screen (laptops) so the ability to scroll the screen so they can see the full window which they are working in would be super helpful!!

Multiple payments received at once
Is there a way that two different payment methods can be entered without having to save and close each time and then reopening to enter the second payment method. This is nearly with every transaction we do as most are split HICAPS and EFTPOS payments. This would be much more efficient and a huge time saver.

Now that Icare are using Medipass for invoices it would be great if Gensolve could integrate with them. We send a lot of invoices to Icare making it time consuming.

Patient's name tag in subject line for email templates
Can you please add a tag in the email templates for the patient's name. A lot of insurance companies are asking for the name in the subject line now.

Larger area in header
The header space at top is not very large - so two things- when making a call, the phone number under the client name is small - so to make sure to get the right number there is the extra step of having to open clients file before you can see it. The 2nd thing- would be better if the header was larger so notes made in the "notes" section, can see more than just the first line - and can also be seen better without opening or having to hover over it.

Extra space next to phone numbers for extra info
It is often a parent or carer that we are contacting when making phone calls - it would be great to have a extra box next to the phone number so you can make a note who the phone number is for.

Highlight selected line item when doing a bank reconciliation
Highlight selected line item when doing a bank reconciliation so you can more easily see the date of the item. Currently when you click on a line item it highlights just the cell you click into. It's often difficult to see the date of the transaction but if the entire line was highlighted when you click on an individual cell this would be much easier

Icon for confirmed patients
Would be great if we could have the ability to manually add an icon to the face of the patients appt that indicates that the patient has confirmed they will be attending their appt. Currently when a reminder sms is sent a tick appears in the top left hand corner and when they have paid a dollar sign with a yellow circle appears in the top right hand corner - A symbol such as a double tick or the letter C would be helpful so that we can tell from a quick glance who had confirmed and who is yet…

Gender
Hi, We are updating out initial client forms to become more gender/sex equal. Our physiotherapist has recently complete PD which involved units around this. They're suggest having the following options when collecting patient information
Gender: M (male), F (female) and X (intersex/interdeterminate).
Sex: M (male), F (female) and X (unspecified).At the moment when you create a new patient you can only select M or F and you must select at least one or the file won't save.
I have uploaded a snippet of the APA PD document for reference.

wait list
When putting a patient on a wait list there is currently only the option of choosing 1 provider or 'no preferred provider'. It would be handy to have the option of choosing multiple providers or specific providers such as 'physios only' or 'massage only' as we have a few different allied health working professions working here.
