    And some sort of automatic trigger to check in with the patient when the child comes of an age when they may want to update the email & contact number to their own details, rather than their parents.

    And a trigger based on birthdate, to create a reminder to speak to parent & child when the child reaches whatever age they're entitled to access healthcare without parental consent, to confirm if they want parent or child's cell phone number as main contact.
