   When a patient fails to attend or cancels an appointment, we like to track whether they make a future appointment. Could we have a report that shows all the DNA's & Cancelled Appts in a period and then whether the patient has booked a future appointment please.

   It would be useful to know which cancelled appointments have re-booked and which ones don't have a next appointment please.
