    Hi Guys,

    Just wanted to pass on some recurring feedback I am getting from clients regarding clinical notes.

    On the tablets, even with messing with all the display/resolution settings, the feedback I am getting is that the clinical notes are just too hard to work with. The feedback I am getting is that a button to say make clinical notes full-screen would be a great help. They love that Gensolve installs on the tablets, like surface pro, however its pretty obvious the clinical notes its not designed for tablets..it simply just works, but is too hard to use practically.

    The new Vaccination Status fields within the Client Details were included in our last major Release.

I know that we can add attachments to the client, but it would be beneficial/quicker to be able to attach a pdf as a clinical note as sometimes the clinicians work better with being able to hand write the clinical note and this is where it should be added, not to the general attachments for the client.

    Gensolve now has a form that can either be sent to clients or filled out in the clinic on a tablet, Ipad or devise of your choice. This form auto populates to the clients card with vital information and saves a copy as PDF that is date and time stamped. Having this feature will not only save on time but might also save a few trees.

  6. Ability to attach Healthlink attachments (xrays etc) which are received HL msgs, to ACC32 requests directly, instead of having to first upload to Uploads.

  9. Ability to bulk email Insurer Schedule Invoices.
    It is possible to bulk email Debtor Invoices via the Accounting form, and has been requested that there be the ability to also bulk email Insurer Schedules.
    Currently, the Schedule Invoice needs to be viewed and emailed individually, or individual Invoices saved to desktop and attached to an email.

  10. When Registering on the portal, a message such as "You are now a registered user, please continue to confirm your appointment?" could come up when registration completed as some users think the appointment they chose pre registering has been booked.

    Existing Feature. For appointments on the appointment book you can right click and view the appointment history. For payments when editing a payment the created by user and date show in the window title.

  12. When you click on the received from column it sorts in order of Mr, Mrs, Miss (Title) Please could it be in order of client name, surname then Christian name. No one cares about the title

  13. When setting up a new clicnician schedule the start and end times are both set to pm. It is more likely the template will start in the am so it is unesessary to have to manually change it to am on each new scheduled day. To also have the option to pick one site for the whole week would be good too so not having to enter it each time. Thank you :)

  14. Currently, the whole diary is available to the public for bookings. Diaries, such as ours, which are set up for 12 months, have many months of appointments & classes available for online booking. It would be good if practices could choose how many weeks they want to be available as this will prevent apps/classes made so far in advance that non-attendance is likely. It is also difficult to manage the diary efficiently. We particularly want to use online booking for classes & prefer to only make 1-2 weeks available at a time for casual members.     Completed in version 6.6:

    Merge any duplicate Debtor Contacts for example Case Managers from a new button on the Accounting Form>Money In>Debtors form

  16. For contact details please state "daughter" or "son" rather than child as older patients use their adult children as emergency contact. It currently states child only and then sibling, parent, grandparent etc.

    Hi,
    This is already an existing feature. If you edit a service charge from Administration / Service Charges and set the ‘Appt Length (minutes)’ it will set the appointment length to this value when this service charge is selected.

  19. Ability to restrict the appointments available on the Web Portal. Include a setting to restrict a web booking to occur within 12 hours.

    This requires patients to call in for same day bookings, but prevents patients from booking in unexpectedly during a work day.
