  1. Can Gensolve recommend a way, or redesign a client file, to create alerts about a clients vaccination status.
    We are looking to implement a policy that patients must be double vaccinated, or otherwise produce a negative covid test result from the last 72 hours.

    Our temporary solution is to choose a banner highlight for double vaccinated patients. However this then impacts on our use of banners for other reasons.
    Alternative solutions could include:
    1. having a check box in the Red Flags for double vaccine, that shows up on the client appointment as a red flag. Again, this dilutes the…

    The new Vaccination Status fields within the Client Details were included in our last major Release.


    For help around warnings when a vaccination certificate expires or any questions regarding this area, please contact our Support team by submitting a ticket or by emailing support@gensolve.com

  4. Is there someway to add a little tick box or something to say we have sighted the covid pass for each client, so we don't have to sight it each time. Once ticked it shows on the clients details.

    Hi there There is now the ability to send group custom forms in one email. If you could please contact our Support team by submitting a ticket or emailing support@gensolve.com they will be able to advise. Regards Ann
  7. We currently have over 200 site tabs and with some sites divided up into multiple tabs, it's a lot to keep track of! It would be great if there was a search bar beside the tabs so you could very easily jump from one to another.

    This feature has now been released in version 7.6.

    Use the shortcut key (Ctrl-G) or select from the Options menu > ‘Go To Site’ to display a list of available sites alphabetically. You can start typing to narrow the selection, then simply select the site from the list to go to that site’s appointments.

  9. Loving the new wait list function and the indicator at the bottom of the column, but I have noticed that it only appears when you are on the day view, and not when you are in the week view. For a small clinic where there is only 1-2 physios, our books are often open on week view and therefore we don't get to see the Wait List indicator. Is it possible to have it on the week view as well?

    You can now do this using our Google Tag integration via the Web Configuration page in Gensolve. Google Tag Manager is a simple and easily integrated tag management system to manage all your tags used for tracking and analytics without editing code.

  12. When creating goals or outcome measures the default date should be that of the consultation, not the date the notes are completed.
    This is a major headache if you do your notes a day/week late.
    With 3 goals and 3 outcome measures you will change dates 12 times ! Happy for you to remote in and I will show you !

Recently had a clean-up of payment types and whilst it is not a function to delete a payment type (nor should it be, as history is lost with it) can the functionality to end date a payment type be introduced so that it no longer shows as something for use, or pollutes the list with unnecessary types no longer used.
    Alternatively a check box be introduced to show/un-show in payment type list.

    This has now been completed and released in version 7.2.

    A payment type can now be marked as inactive and will no longer show on new payments. Historical payments remain unchanged.

  14. Ability to restrict the appointments available on the Web Portal. Include a setting to restrict a web booking to occur within 12 hours.

    This requires patients to call in for same day bookings, but prevents patients from booking in unexpectedly during a work day.

  16. Ability to bulk email Insurer Schedule Invoices.
    It is possible to bulk email Debtor Invoices via the Accounting form, and has been requested that there be the ability to also bulk email Insurer Schedules.
    Currently, the Schedule Invoice needs to be viewed and emailed individually, or individual Invoices saved to desktop and attached to an email.

  19. Currently when a service price increase is set we have to go through our entire appointment book of future appointments to reset the new price increase. This means clicking on each patient in the appointment book and clicking on the service charge. Can there be an option when we set a new service charge an option pops up asking if we want to apply the new charge to all future booked appointments with that service charge on the book. A much needed feature as it takes hours to manually set the new price for future appointments.
