Ability to setup appointmnt schedules accross multiple dates throughout year for PH's
Currently went setting up appointment schedules for public holidays throughout the year, unless days are consecutive, it has to be done for each occurrence

Ability to select multiple but not all clinicians when setting up an appointment schedule
Currently if setting up things like public holidays where it applies to most clinicians, we are forced to setup by each person, as system only allows to apply to all or by individual, which is extremely time consuming and repetitious.

Monday appointment reminders to be sent out on Friday rather than on Sunday.
Currently appt reminders for Monday appts are sent out on Sunday. However, our clinic is closed over the weekend and people are unable to phone to make changes to their appt if required.

Allow letters to be actioned to multiple users or a user group to be completed, rather than only a single user.
Currently, the only way around this is to create a seperate event which notes a patients name and what needs to be done and action this to multiple users. What would work better is to have the ability when you have completed a clients letter be able to action this to either a user group or multiple users.

is there any way that gensolve could shade out calendars for school holidays? may get complicated with different dates for different states?
We would like for school holidays to be shaded out on the calendar. Obviously state by state is different. We would find this useful for pilates classes as certain patients cannot attend during school holidays. Also helps out patients when they are booking for their next appt, whether or not they need to bring their children or organise baby sitters. Just a thought

Store Clients Health Fund and Card number on Client record
When doing manual health fund transactions it would be easier if the clients Health fund number and card number where stored on the client record. This way when manual transactions are required the only field that needs be entered is the RRN number. I have seen in Frontdesk software that this is an included feature and would be beneficial for us.

We would like to request integration with Secure Email Application, called "Promedicus.Net" . This software allows you to automatically receive radiology reports . This applications is used by almost all radiology providers.

Report - Clinician Appointments Scehdule
Have the ability to view clearly multiple appointment times - ie 15 min, 30min, 45 min. Currently if 30min selected and have varying appt times throughout the day - very difficult to view - needs better formatting.

Print a report of Injury Type

WorkCover conference calls
Needs to be a way to bill WorkCover for phone calls without making a new appointment every time. Needs to be linked to a patient as thats where it needs to get billed to but not put in as an appointment that then counts & needs notes entered.

Garrison Health ID# & DAN#
Defence patients ID# never changes so needs to be set for a particular patient (where the DAN# currently is) & the DAN# is condition specific so needs to be in the condition area as this changes with each condition.

Letter Template Shortcuts: Long dates in the Condition Type of Letter Templates
Having the option to select an automatic shortcut in the condition type for letter templates for both short (14/12/2017) and long (12 December 2017) dates for DOI and Treatment Dates. Currently, there are only shortcuts for short dates.

Addition of referrer fax, referrer phone and referrer clinic name needs to be added to condition template for creating letter templates.
Needing the ability to have the above listed as merge fields.
When templating a letter, the fax, phone and referrers clinic name should be able to be selected. Currently they are not. If letter needs to be faxed or posted, all this information is on the formed letter and don't have to search for it before sending.

Have the ability to apply a discount code to individual services or products when mutiple are being charged in an appt.
Currently only able to apply to all products, or all services, or all products and services.
Have been advised only way around this is to create another appointment. One appt includes the discounted items, the other appt does not.1 vote
